Other places have such long contracts and here is only $59/mo for me and $30/mo for my mom…the cancellation policy is also great! since she’s in the same house!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the 24/7 access for the members especially with how busy my schedule has been!! Get to come here before or after my work and get a quick workout in making my day a whole lot better! The FX area is another great part of hotworx when I feel like adding in some weight training.

Fantastic experience: I had previously been a member at Hotworx Ellisville, but I had to cancel due to moving out of state. It was just a 60 day notice, they walked me through all my options, and honored what the cancellation policy was in the contract. I have recently moved back to the area, and joined again! So happy to be back with the helpful staff!

Fantastic experience: they’re franchises, so rules they have in place are decided by corporate. which is hard! they really try to make things right with clients, which I respect a LOT. I typically only ever run into one guy employee. Not sure what his name is, but he always seems happy to be there and is friendly to recognize me when I come in. Solid dude!

Fantastic experience: I joined HOTWORX in Ellisville on August , 2023. I had my baby in December of 2022 and I gained over 40 pounds. I am a fitness professional that needed to shake things up with my workout routine. I have added HOTWORX to my daily schedule and it has allowed me to come off of my plateau and I am now only 12 pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight. I was at a complete standstill before joining a HOTWORX and I am definitely noticing a huge difference in the way I feel, the way I sleep, and of course watching the pounds just fall off has been a tremendous experience!  Thank you for providing these workouts and thank you for also providing a 24 hour experience that allows me to work these workouts around my family time as well as my full-time work schedule. It makes things a lot easier and of course extremely convenient.

Fantastic experience: Hotworx is AMAZING. I was always so weary about the high heat but you really do get used to it. And if there’s a day where I don’t feel like sweating a ton, I just turn the temperature to whatever I want. I’ve noticed a huge change in my weight, confidence, and overall strength since I started going. The owners are incredibly helpful and friendly! It is so nice to have a gym that I can go to whenever I want and I feel 100% comfortable there! I recommend it for everyone!

Fantastic experience: Helped with my double knee replacement and other health related issues including lowering my BP. Staff has been great and it’s easy to understand the studio. No fees for cancelling sessions or penalties if I need to cancel or change. I recommend giving it a try and feeling the infrared benefits

Fantastic experience: I no longer have to pay an arm and a leg for yoga Pilates and stuff! If you like hot yoga etc you will LOVE infrared heat workouts! $59/mo gets me 24 hour unlimited access to 11 sessions, free weights area and restroom and showers! I love brining my friends as guests and they all love it so much and end up joining too! Highly recommend trying it out, your first session is FREE!

Fantastic experience: I started working out here in January of 2023 after I was up past my bedtime scrolling Instagram and I got a targeted ad for a free class. My free class was awesome and I joined knowing that the monthly cost alone would incentivize me to work out consistently. I bought my yoga mat and towel on Facebook Marketplace and go at least once a week. The change in my body composition has completely transformed and I feel refreshed and stronger every time I leave. I’ve even made some new friends! I appreciate the workouts being the same for a longer period of time because there is nothing more motivating than being able to do a move you haven’t been able to hit before. And with the HIIT programs that I do most often, I like to turn the volume down and listen to my music. I’m so glad I found this place and learned to love working out!

Fantastic experience: I hated working out until I found this place! This workout actually works and you feel SO accomplished once you have completed a session! I love being able to schedule through my app, go anytime I can find time to workout whether it’s 15 mins or 45! Usually I’m in a pod by myself which is great! Sometimes you don’t want to be bothered with others when you’ve had a long day!Highly recommend!!! LOVE MY HOTWORX!

Fantastic experience: I’ve tried out multiple gyms in the past 10 years and Hotworx has been the only gym I’ve stuck with! You can do a class every 15 min which works for everyone’s schedule, it’s open 24 hours, and the infrared heat is awesome. “More workout, less time” is no joke! Highly recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: This place has changed my feelings towards working out. Usually it feels like such a chore, but I genuinely love HOTWORX!! I have been going since July 2022 and have had nothing but a great experience. The owners are so friendly, and do monthly challenges for people to get involved in. They actually reward you for working out so if you hit a certain level, your monthly membership could be free!!!! The place is super clean, the staff are great, and even the people working out are so nice and considerate! Definitely give them a try, you will love them!

Fantastic experience: I love HOTWORX! As a college student and semi-pro athlete I have very limited time to really take care of my body. That is why I love it. I can burn more calories in less time! One thing that convinced me to sign up is their promotion that Every member gets PAID to workout so it’s a win win for me! You really get out what you put in at HOTWORX and it’s just such a great environment I want to be there more than any other studio I’ve tried!

Fantastic experience: HOTWORX has been my go-to place for 4 years now!! I became a member in college and decided to join in Ellisville when I moved here afterwards. The monthly membership dues are SO low considering members get 24 hour unlimited access!! I also never get bored with the workouts here, they have 11 different workouts to offer and you can do any combination of sessions! The virtual instructor videos rotate monthly and always bring the BEST energy!

Fantastic experience: I just adore HOTWORX!! The staff is always so friendly and the environment is always clean. I love that it’s 24 hours and I also really love that you have access through a door code as a member so it’s just super secure since I tend to work out later/ when my kiddos are asleep! The videos change super frequently and the infrared benefits from being a member now for a while are PHENOMENAL. Less stress, better sleep, my back pain is almost non existent among a whole slew of other perks! You just feel so GOOD after leaving! Also cheapest membership in the area lol. $59 a month and they literally always have promotions! They have family plans too!! Which is just!!! My husband is only $30 a month! I’ve gotten my friends to join and they LOVE it! Won’t regret! Wonderful place!

You can’t beat the monthly price, the saunas have such amazing benefits that I’m noticing since I’ve joined and I love how there is a weight room in the back. You get the best of both worlds! Instructed classes and you can do your own thing if you want. Love it here!

Fantastic experience: HOTWORX Ellisville has been a life saver for me. I am a mom of 3 and a nursing student- the amount of stress I have been under has been unreal and this place has saved me! I try to go everyday - when I leave I feel so good and renewed! The hot sauna releases toxins and STRESS! The staff is amazing and so encouraging! I highly recommend HOTWORX Ellisville!

Negative experience: I was really contemplating joining but there were a few things that just rubbed me the wrong way. This is completely different than a gym and I think what they have to offer is really unique and very exciting. I also really like the owner of this location so this is post is really aimed at Corporate. I think all the additional "fees" are unreasonable. First, $99 to join, not even counting the 63 a month after taxes, is a little much. On top of that you are required to purchase their yoga mat and their towel for a $100. That's absurd. You can get this specific mat in towel for a third of that cost. Then, if you want to end your contract, you have to give them 60 days notice! When something happens in somebody's life and they need to quit, it is typically a matter of days or weeks. 2 months it's just a way for this corporation to screw you out of money and I think that's completely unfair. You can freeze your account yet you are still required to pay $9 a month. Yet another "gotcha." End of the six or seven classes offered, there are only three classes that they change every month. This is a computer screen and program. There should be no reason why they can't change every single class, every single month. I really wish they would rethink a couple of these policies and they would probably have a lot more members. This was too many red flags for me.

Fantastic experience: Freaking love HOTWORX Ellisville. The staff? Amazing, friendly, and helpful. The studio? So clean it should be a crime. I’d eat off the floor, voluntarily. Quite literally cleaner than most TATTOO STUDIOS EVEN that I’ve been in. I have tried multiple gyms, lifetime, planet, 24 hour, NOTHING COMPARES. My skin is clearer, my sleep is better, my body is thanking me every day I step out of bed. I love hotworx and can’t wait to continue my fitness journey here. 11/10 reccomend it to my grandma, brother, cousin, girlfriend, even my dog if I could.

Fantastic experience: This studio is a hidden gem! I originally thought that HOTWORX was only a Hot Yoga Studio, but they actually have a ton of different options for workouts and HIIT training. Its near to impossible to find an affordable 24 hour access gym in West County that has clean well kept saunas, showers, and privacy to actually go at your own pace with out having to wait to use equipment or having to wait for a class to not be full. 10/10 recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: I was searching for a hot yoga place that wouldn’t take up 90 minutes and I was also cycling and HOTWORX has 11 different workouts where I can do unlimited workouts in 15 or 30 minutes. I love that as a student it’s 24 hour access so I can come in whenever! I really love the staff and how welcoming they are! No matter where you are in your fitness journey HOTWORX is great for that!

Fantastic experience: I began my membership at Hotworx Ellisville just a few weeks ago. I am a very active person from weight lifting to long-distance running so I am always looking for new physical activities to keep things fresh. I recently became interested in trying some mobility-style classes such as "hot yoga" or something similar. I found Hotworx Ellisville, and I couldn't be happier. They have an extremely friendly staff and the owner is very involved and cares about the business. The process for sign-up was explained in detail and gave me a clear picture of what I was paying for and how to best use my membership. My favorite part is the 24/7 access so I can come after work. They also have a small gym that can be reserved which I think is very cool. If you're looking for an affordable hot workout that literally has an option for everyone then I suggest trying them out.

Negative experience: BEWARE!!! AVOID… AVOID… AVOID!!!! When I decided to cancel my membership recently, the owner was SHAMING me stating exactly… “There are OLDER and HEAVIER PEOPLE THAN I STICKING TO IT and THAT I’M GIVING UP!!!!” I’ve had to delete and repost my review, for the owner is COMPLETELY SHADY fabricating words I never said!!! BEWARE… if you sign a membership… you have to give 60 DAYS NOTIFICATION… BUT DOESN’T START TILL THE END OF YOUR CONTRACT PERIOD, or PAY $100 to BREAK THE CONTRACT!!!! I have been a 9Round cardio kickboxer for years, and love the high intensity workout. I tried Hotworks when my gym closed, but going back to 9Round for they now offer on demand at home workouts that are cheaper. Hotworks did NOT provide a high enough intensity workout that I like. He will claim he said “it’s for all fitness types and ages”, but what I said above was stated verbatim to my face. He will also claim that I said Hotworks is harder than 9Round, which is also a big fat lie! You deserve to hear the TRUTH!! Just disgusted by their actions and behavior!

Fantastic experience: I got a free pass so decided to check this location out. I enjoyed all the workout options so much so I decided to enroll in the 90 day program! Cleanliness has been a concern of mine with COVID-19, but this location has been on top of their game with sanitizing. The staff members are super friendly and helpful. So glad they opened up a location close to me!

Negative experience: I signed up before they opened I was suppose to receive a week free membership to see if I like it after they opened I wasn’t given that option and I had changed my mind. They immediately had to sign up I didn’t like the workout and I wasn’t given my week to change my mind. You cannot cancel without being a member for five months which is a joke money grab the workouts are boring after the first workout. The owners are pushy and only want your money they don’t care if you like the place or not they only want your money. Buyer Beware

Fantastic experience: I am absolutely obsessed!!!! I'm far from athletic and in shape, but I was hooked after my first session. My goal was to go 3-4 times a week and I'm going most every day and doing more than 1 session some days too. I haven't lost any weight since I joined (December 20th) but my clothes fit way better, I feel myself getting stronger, and I'm a lot more confident. I still struggle getting through most of the workouts and use the modifications but the stress relief factor is at a MAX!!! The team is great too, they always greet me and conversate with me. They truly care about their members.

Fantastic experience: I am in love with Hotworx! I’ve been going since the day they opened and haven’t missed a day except Christmas Day even though they were open! They are Open 24/7 making it super convenient and no excuses to not get there!! Love every single class! I have tried them all! The staff is very friendly and always cleaning/stocking etc. They have 2 onsite private showers and a workout area outside of the saunas as well to do some more weights and full body workouts at your leisure. In my opinion it’s a one stop shop, super convenient and so beneficial in many ways. With a click of your app you can conveniently schedule to your availability and get yourself in the door! Safe, Secure and Super Amazing!! Thank you Hotworx for opening your doors! I’m obsessed! Grateful for you!

Positive experience: Been going for a few weeks now. There are pros and cons (some of which are corporate issues & some of which may be franchise problems), but here they are: PROS: 1) general infrared sauna benefits - skin, sleep, etc 2) convenience of 24hr access 3) current low membership/usage, so the "classes" are typically one person per room 4) short workout times 5) variety 6) scalable difficulty in workouts 7) friendly staff CONS: 1) I was led to believe that the initial commitment was 3 months, but they won't let you cancel (with 60 days notice) until after the first 3 months is over. So, it's a 5 month commitment minimum, which wasn't made clear when I signed up and I was a little miffed about that 2) The Hotworx app is an abomination & totally unintuitive 3) You have to buy their yoga mat, towel & band in order to do their classes, so that'll run you $100+ 4) The acoustics are unbearable if you have any sort of sensory and attention issues. The saunas at this location need some sound-insulation between and top of the rooms (simple insulation panels would probably help), especially for the Isometric rooms like yoga and pilates. To me, it's maddening to be in a hot, sweaty box and hear a cacophony of voices/sounds from the waiting area and the adjacent sauna virtual instructors bouncing off the walls. I've been able to use earbuds/earplugs, but it's tricky because you can't hear the sound queues from the on screen instructor (and the 5 seconds of loud beeping at the end of each pose). If you're in a pose or exercise that prevents you from easily looking at the screen you'll can miss the queues. The volume in the saunas is adjustable, but if you're very petite (5'0 or less), you may not be able to reach the volume knob on the ceiling of the sauna - I have to stand on a folded towel to reach it 5) The LEDs outside the rooms could be dimmer. They're overly bright & really shine unpleasantly into some of the saunas, making it hard to relax sometimes. If you have ninja-like focus, don't mind a lot of bright light and noise (or have earbuds & don't need pose queues), enjoy saunas, like sweating while you exercise and are willing to make a 5 month commitment, this might be the place for you!

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal workouts in infrared saunas. If you have not joined, you are missing out! Try it one time and you’ll be hooked! Go earn that burn!

Fantastic experience: I know what you’re thinking. Working out in a sauna what a horrible idea. I was intimidated and gave in and I’ve been working out almost everyday since. I am at a beginner level and I feel stronger and am discovering muscles I never knew existed. The staff is amazing. They guide you through set up and address fears. I’m so thankful I took a chance because this is awesome.

Fantastic experience: Pros: VERY convenient, 24/7 access, staff is fabulous, professional, workouts are very effective if you follow them and even if you don't, in the saunas you have full control over temp and lighting, workouts are video and run continuously, equipment is new and well maintained (bikes and blast room), short cardio workouts (15 minutes per) are just right given the heat, rooms are clean and you disinfect equipment after each session, weights and other equipment available, usually leave feeling great, app makes planning workouts easy — overall fantastic concept! Cons: You leave the place soaking wet if you do it right!

Fantastic experience: Love that you can work out in private and see instant results! If you haven’t already go in for a free session and take advantage of their founding member rates! Best part is the workouts are short yet effective and I can come in for a mix of workouts in between my errands because this studio is 24/7 access. I am able to book the night before and even minutes before through the app. You heard that right…members get 24 hours access! Get a group of family and friends and go sweat it out! They have hot yoga, hot Pilates, hot warrior, hot cycle, hot blast etc! Icing on the cake is that staff is great and very helpful! They are also cleaning all the time!
