We have all of the equipment necessary for growth in strength and size, as well as competition equipment needed to train for Powerlifting, Strongman, and Olympic Weightlifting meets.
I've been training at STL barbell for about three years now and have loved the experience I have had there. The equipment is some of the best competition grade power equipment in the STL area. All members have always been very kind and if you are new to powerlifting or lifting in general, most members are knowledgeable on the subjects and are always willing to help. Just ask. All around, it's a great place to train.
STL Barbell is where I learned the basics of powerlifting and it really helped me to progress in the sport. The atmosphere there was really encouraging and it was great to be around like-minded people. I have since moved away from STL Barbell but it will always have a special place in my heart. If you're interested in powerlifting or just want to find a good lifting environment, I would definitely recommend checking it out!
