Fantastic experience: AMAZING workout with just the right combo of strength and cardio, 45 minutes just flew by! Emily is a pro and so warm and welcoming, it felt like my home gym from day 1. They kept a close eye on me and gave modifications for my lower back problems for each exercise. If you’re not sure, go in and give it a try - it’ll quickly become your happy place!

Fantastic experience: Great experience, as a “newbie”. Visiting my daughter in Mo, as she is a regular, and talks about how much she loves going. The experience was everything as described, and even at 60 years old, I felt encouraged, challenged and invigorated. Everyone is so motivating, and friendly. I love the aspects of being able to adjust any station at any time to adjust to my needs. Great adjunct to the lifting I do now. Will definitely be back on every visit!! Thank you

Fantastic experience: After leaving collegiate sports, I found myself seeking an environment where I could fulfill my competitive drive still. F45 Ellisville is everything and more! I get that extra push of motivation by the trainers and the people training beside me, and their use of the HR monitor drives the competitiveness out of me. I’m held accountable day after day, week after week because of how strong of a community is here. I also love how I’m able to track my progress with the In Body scans. I am so grateful for all of the trainers and members for making it feel like home!

I’ve loved my classes here and they do a great job of making sure everyone is confident and getting the most out of their workout.

Fantastic experience: I had been doing the gym for years and I did my introductory class with them and have never had such a great workout in all my years in the gym. I sweat, I laughed, I was sore after, and I found that passion the next day that I used to have for working out. It’s a gym that makes you want to keep going. The people are great, the classes are quick, hard-but manageable for any age range, and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Even though these workouts kick my rear end, I am always glad I show up! The coaches are always positive, ready to jump in with advice or adjustments, know just when to remind me we don't always need to show up ready to workout at 100% capacity, that it's just showing up that counts and then when to push me when they know I can give a little more! I love the variety of the workouts, love that everyone is there to actually work out, not worried about what they look like or busy judging people around them. People are friendly and welcoming. Fantastic experience: I recently moved back to the area after living away for 7 years, and I am so happy to have such an amazing gym in Ellisville. The coaches know everyone by name and I can tell they care about everyone having the best workout they can. I have back issues and they are always there to provide modifications. During each workout, the coaches are walking around making sure everyone is doing ok. I personally love the HITT type workouts at F45. Everyday seems to be a different workout so far which I also love. Overall, it is an amazing experience and I love everyone I have met so far. Plus the workouts are intense and awesome.

Having grown up in Ellisville with little guided gym options I was thrilled to see an F45 opened up down the street from my parents home on a trip back to visit them. Amazing trainers - knows everyone by name which makes the experience that much better! I’ve seen a huge shift in my health since starting F45. I will continue to return every visit home! Fantastic experience: What can I say? I joined F45 last fall when they first opened the Ellisville location. It simply has been an amazing experience ever since. After my long time personal trainer decided to make a career change, I was at a complete loss. I walked into F45 on a whim and was greeted by the most warm, inviting, knowledgeable coaches imaginable...Not to mention a very clean, state of the art facility. After a free one week trial, I immediately knew that I'd found the place. It can be scary to try new things and explore the unknown, but I promise that you will not be disappointed with this gym, nor the family that comprises it. Come join the fun...Stop in and give it a try for yourself!

Fantastic experience: Such a great community! What I love most about F45 is the connections that the coaches and the members have. In fact we’re all a family that works out together. This is probably the first place that boosted my confidence and made me feel like I’m strong and beautiful the way I am, and that I belong. So I thank you for that fam.

Negative experience: I was a member of F45-Ellisville for six months and they constantly stressed the value of being more than a gym, but a "family." When I had to cancel my membership this past March due to my job possibly being eliminated, I was told my last payment would be in March. I'm still being charged by them. I've sent multiple emails and texts to the GM and owner about getting a refund. It's been over a week and ZERO contact. So much for being part of the "family." Watch your bank account diligently with this group.
