Fantastic experience: I am not a gym person, but I love this gym. I joined early this spring and over the months have noticed myself getting stronger in several ways. I have had long COVID and still wear a mask during high community levels, but no one here ever made me feel unwelcome for doing so. I also really like being part of a woman-owned gym, Margaret is a wonderful coach and mentor. It's been inspiring to see other women who are long term members and they're so strong! It gives me something to work towards. Highly recommended to anyone who thinks they're not a gym person, it's very welcoming and community oriented.
Fantastic experience: I decided to join Ethos because I was looking for a gym with group classes that focused on functional fitness and strength, but wasn't Crossfit. After 2.5 years, I can say that I joined more than a gym - I joined an amazing community! Everyone has different levels of fitness and goals, but the programming is built to accommodate all. They also offer individualized programming if you have specific needs. It's a really welcoming environment and the coaches ensure that you know how to move safely and effectively. I have been into fitness for a long time and was an athlete when I was younger and Ethos keeps me feeling strong and in shape. 10/10 recommend!
Fantastic experience: Ethos is not like other gym experiences. There’s a personal touch and real investment in the goals of each client. I’ve been training at Ethos for over 7 years and I’ve never been bored, always challenged and inspired. They’ve helped me train for long trail races to staying strong so I can continue my career as a massage therapist. At age 44, I’ve never felt stronger! Ethos is a positive, encouraging environment. You will see all ages and abilities working hard and encouraging each other. I’m so grateful for the community Margaret and her team have created.
Fantastic experience: We have been clients at Ethos for five years. I highly recommend the expertise, organization, and community as a whole. The owner Margaret has become one of our good friends. She treats each client individually in their fitness goals. The goal for me (and most clients) is long-term fitness and gradual growth. In the last three years, I personally have gained 8 pounds of skeletal muscle mass and lost more than 3% body fat. I also have been able to go from running 5ks to now running/hiking multiple trail marathons. The gym also promotes healthy nutrition and has in-house connections to a physical therapist and massage therapist. This summer, Margaret, Liam (an excellent coach), and a few other clients have organized a school supply drive for the school at which my wife and I work. If you are looking for gym with a great vibe that will help you get healthier, Ethos is it!
Fantastic experience: Adding Ethos to my training (after years and years of only OTF) has been a game changer. Margaret and Liam are incredibly supportive and motivating when it comes to setting, and staying accountable to, personal goals. I absolutely LOVE lifting now and feel less intimidated each week when using new equipment and learning new exercises. The 6 week nutrition challenge we did leading up to summer was also one of the most informative experiences I've had. I now have such a better understanding of macros, daily habits and other factors that will ultimately impact the changes I want to see. Every workout is a challenge that keeps you coming back for more. Grateful to the Ethos crew for welcoming me!

Fantastic experience: Ethos has been my gym for the past 5 years. I started training there to address chronic back and knee pain. Their trainers helped me not only recover but also achieve the best shape of my life. Ethos offers a wide range of classes throughout the week, making it convenient to fit workouts into my busy schedule. Plus, their personalized programs and supportive community keep me motivated and coming back.
Fantastic experience: I have been training with Margaret at Ethos via the virtual training platform for about six months and highly recommend the program. Margaret customized my program to meet me where I was at in the beginning. She designed weekly training sessions that allowed me to build my strength and confidence in a pace that was comfortable and attainable given how busy life is working full time and with kids. I've noticed a tremendous positive change in my strength (total body strength) and the aches and pains that I was getting with age have completely gone away as a result. Small group, individual and monthly changing workouts keep you coming back for more. Liam and Margaret want the best for you and offer ample opportunities to get you there, including nutritional challenges, meal planning & coaching and other fun community events. Fantastic experience: I've been working out at Ethos since August 2019. I had gone several years without any regular workout/conditioning, relying on sports and hiking to stay fit. I felt good, but I noticed that my strength and muscle tone were diminishing, and that I was having back and shoulder problems more frequently. Once I started noticing that it was becoming difficult to put my bike on my car roof I decided I had let myself go long enough, and tried Ethos for a month to see if it was a fit for me. I was a bit skeptical--why pay to work out when I could do that far cheaper at the local rec center? I found out the answer quickly--first, technique matters, and I didn't know enough to know what I was doing wrong. The coaches made seemingly minor adjustments to my form, and I noticed immediate results--both in terms of work out difficulty and most importantly, injury prevention. I know there are YouTube vids out there that have similar info, but having the input and coaching right there, daily, has made a huge difference. Second, when I was doing individualized workouts a couple of years ago, having a personal coach assigned to design my workouts kept me interested and challenged, and gave me an awesome resource when I want to make changes, or work on a specific skill. I do group workouts now but still get personal coaching on form and technique. The coaches are supportive and encouraging, but will instantly correct technique and form so that I get the most out of my time in the gym. And finally, there is a lot to be said for working out where coaches know you. On my own, weeks might go by between workouts, and sometimes workouts would end quickly if I got bored. At Ethos, I have been consistent, and I take each workout to the end. Could I do it myself? Probably, but I have found out that I don't, and even when I was consistent and regular, I was never able to get as much out of my own workouts as I have out of Ethos.

Fantastic experience: Ethos is the best of the best! With many years of training with a lot of different well educated, passionate, innovative coaches over the years, no one compares. The personalized programming, education and support bring results and provide the X factor I can't get from creating and recycling my strength training on my own. I work from the road and travel a lot which can derail a person easily. Ethos has implemented an online training program through an app that has helped me maintain regular training and is easy to track and communicate with my coach. I highly recommend Ethos.

Fantastic experience: I have been training at Ethos since Nov 2023. I have felt super welcomed, the trainers work around any pre-existing injuries and provide modifications so you still get a great workout. There are plenty of class time offerings, so you can be flexible with your work schedule. I am seeing positive changes both mentally and physically. I really appreciate having Ethos keep me accountable and consistent!
Fantastic experience: After being part of the community for over a year... Ethos continues to impress. They cover all aspects of training and have taken me from being weight curious to legit lifter. I've been in shape in the past, though this is the first time I feel strong. I now look forward to going to the gym. Plus they cover nutrition and meet you where you're at. The staff is fantastic - both Margaret and Liam are passionate, helpful, and solid coaches. After trying out a few different gyms I'm glad I found a second home at Ethos!

Fantastic experience: Completely lost in my endeavor to gain control of my health and reverse the effect years of poor habits had on me. Ethos helped me gain a different view of “working out” and “being healthy.” With Margaret’s knowledge she was able to develop a plan and program to help me target specific goals. Not only does Margaret develop a plan for one to follow to reach their goals, she’s very helpful as the process goes on, and most importantly, very supportive.

Fantastic experience: I love Ethos for the personalized training plans, smart coaching, and goal-oriented approach. Working with Margaret, I was able to compete and succeed in various jiu jitsu competitions over multiple years as a masters athlete (there is no off-season), all while working full time and managing other responsibilities. Fantastic experience: I first started training at Ethos in 2015, at the time I had never been one to like working out or felt comfortable with weights or conditioning. Over time I watched myself get stronger more confident and enjoy the process of custom training plans that targeted my specific goals. Fast forward to the past 6 months it’s been a complete blessing to start again after surgery & injury to regain the parts of my strength that I thought were lost. Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a supportive and fun gym environment to build your strength and improve your athletic performance, look no further than Ethos. I started training with Margaret in 2018 almost a year after my first baby was born. Margaret helped me rebuild my strength, balance and stability and was kind and patient as I slowly progressed. In 2020, I had my second baby, and after a difficult pregnancy and postpartum period (plus a pause during the pandy), I returned to Ethos in the spring of 2021. This time, thanks to my prior work with Margaret and her team, I felt much more confident in the gym and had a solid base to build on. I've been consistently working out at Ethos ever since and honestly have never felt stronger or healthier. Not only has my program helped improve my fitness, but I never feel like going to the gym is a chore. Margaret has built a supportive and welcoming community where I want to go to continually improve and keep my commitment to myself. I am so grateful to Margaret, her skilled trainers and the other Ethos members for supporting me on my journey.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with effective workouts, great community, and knowledgeable trainers. Ethos classes are challenging but fun and really deliver results. I found myself in much better shape going just 1-2 days a week at Ethos versus 5 days a week at a generic mass market gym. I even went every week until I was 39 weeks pregnant and I am confident these workouts were the reason I had a healthy pregnancy, delivery, and recovery. This is the place to come if you're wanting to build real strength and endurance.

Fantastic experience: Rogue is by far one of the best gyms in the Denver Metro area. I appreciated the one on one time spent with me so that I could train at my best potential. Jonathan Pope helped me rehab from a back injury, and by training helped me become pain free for the first time in a year! Not to mention the 40 pounds of baby weight that I shed and have kept off. Their approach is individualized, realistic and challenging. If you struggle with nagging pain or injury, or are looking for a highly customized and challenging approach, Jonathan, Margaret and Matt at Rogue are the people to help!
Fantastic experience: I found Rogue in the Fall of 2012 in effort to improve my athletic performance in mountain sports. My old routine wasn't getting it done, and I was hampered by old injuries and nagging new ones. With the coaching and training I've received, I've overcome the limitations those old injuries placed on my performance while avoiding new ones. I'm stronger, leaner, and breathe better. My posture is better, and I feel better. I'm in better shape than I've ever been in my life. I can mash through Pow at seemingly warp speed on my skis, and I can grind it out over the technical stuff on the uphill climb on the mountain bike without coming to near collapse from physical exhaustion. I couldn't have done it without the training, coaching, encouragement and the staff at Rogue pushing me beyond what I previosuly believed were my limits.

Fantastic experience: I started training at Rogue seven months ago. It is the best place to train in Denver if you are serious about focusing on your goals. The benefits of their smaller class sizes and one on one work is like having not one, but an entire team of personal instructors that are just as committed to your success as you are. The environment is very laid back and welcoming for those who tend to feel intimidated by gyms. I was a cardio junkie for years, without seeing many results. I can say that thanks to my friends at Rogue, I am the strongest I have ever been.

Their customized dynamic training programs are both highly effective and constantly interesting to keep you motivated. The one-on-one support helps to ensure you are doing everything correctly to focus on the correct muscle groups and proper technique. Fantastic experience: If you have an injury or want to prevent one and be healthy enough to achieve ongoing results, this is the place! I came to Rogue after five years of ongoing back and hip injuries, a hip surgery, years of and countless PTs, muscle activation therapy, acupuncture, cortisone injections (etc.-you name it, I've tried it) and was still in pain. I thought I had tried it all, including all the functional movement centers and was still in pain day in and day out. I wanted to get back to the long distance triathlons I had missed so much. Having a background as a certified yoga and spin instructor, I was particular about where to train but went there with Margaret's recommendation when I noticed Margaret was the only yoga class I could attend without injuring my low back. Jon, Matt and Margaret understand the body and listen to your needs without making me feel like a wimp when a movement is detrimental to my recovery. Rogue offers anything to all levels from the casual person looking to lose a few pounds to the athlete who wants to push his or herself to the extreme without injury!
Fantastic experience: I started training at Rogue Performance in February 2014. As a former college athlete, I missed structure and team atmosphere in my workouts because it is something you can’t produce by yourself at your local gym. Rogue has recreated this environment perfectly; I have a set plan every time I come to the gym, and being surrounded by like-minded people with similar goals helps to keep me focused. Most importantly, my workouts are designed around my specific goals. Jon, Matt, and Margaret know how to create a personalized workout program for individuals and then modify it as needed to optimize results. Rogue approaches fitness from a total mind and body perspective. Not only are the people at Rogue great at helping to get results in the gym, but they provide great advice for a healthy lifestyle outside of the gym as well. Changing my diet and sleep patterns and managing stress levels has helped me maximize my progress in the gym, and I’ve been able to overcome injuries and weaknesses that have plagued me for years. If you know what you want to achieve and are willing to commit to the program, Rogue performance will produce the results you are looking for.
Fantastic experience: how often do you push yourself to hurting yourself? what really set this gym apart from other gyms is that they help you push yourself with correct form and weight. I started around March 2014 after I hurt my elbow while sparring. It was to the point where I had to rest it or it would never heal. But I was like most athletes and had a hard time stopping. Margaret helped me to continue to work out with keeping my elbow safe. Now in Oct. I'm ready to start boxing again and I'm still in shape. I feel that Jonathan, Matt and Margaret are well trained and know what they are doing, to help you get stronger during time of recovery and to excel in the ways you want.
Fantastic experience: Being a part of Rogue is unlike anything I have ever experienced. The workouts vary and include both strength and conditioning exercises. New exercises and techniques are consistently introduced so there is always a challenge. The coaches provide exceptional guidance, feedback and support, creating a positive environment for learning and growth. I have been at Rogue for three years and have been able to consistently remain committed to my personal goals. Fantastic experience: In the never ending search for a good gym and place to workout that isn't obnoxious or have some fad I finally found Rogue. The guys know what they are doing and made me a believer. Not only do I love the workouts but I love the vibe and attitude of Rogue. John and Matt know their stuff and are eager to always help you out and get the most out of you every time you step foot into the gym. Whether you want to lose weight, get stronger, stay fit or help recover from sports injury this is the place.
Fantastic experience: I started attending group conditioning classes at Rogue Performance in November 2013 and am now training 5-6 times a week doing conditioning and strength work. I have gotten stronger and fitter in a shorter amount of time than any other gym I've attended, and have seen changes in my body that I never thought would be possible. The individualized attention, encouragement and support I continually receive from Jon, Matt and Margaret make this place really unique. It's all about correct form and training properly and injury-free (whether your goals be for weight loss, athletic programs or weekend warrior-ing). The programming is always interesting, always challenging and I don't think I've ever watched the clock once during a workout. This is the place to be to get results.

Fantastic experience: To all of you looking for information about Rogue, I feel like I should give you a disclaimer and let you know that I no longer train here. The ONLY reason: I relocated to San Francisco for a job. You know how they say that you don't realize what you have until it is gone? That is definitely the case with this gym and the wonderful training staff. This is by far one of the best facilities in the state, or country for that matter, if you are looking to develop strength, speed, mental fortitude, etc. Craig and Jon really put everything they have in to making clients/athletes successful. I trained with these guys for 2+ years and conquered multiple events, personal goals and goals set for me in the gym without injuries or setbacks. If you are willing to do the work then they will give you 110 percent.

Fantastic experience: Edit: March 2024. Ethos is still the best athletic center around! Margaret and Liam are caring, inspiring, and tough all at the same time. Love this place! Edit: Let's talk about what Ethos is doing during this pandemic. I've been to Ethos, the hair stylist, grocery stores, home improvement stores, and the doctor (twice) since our Safer At Home orders have started. And I've felt the safest at Ethos. Everyone is in masks, everyone has their own bottle of cleaner to wipe down equipment, and everyone has their own 10'-15' space in the gym to work out. Doors are open, the ceilings are high, and classes are limited to 6 people. They are making a huge effort to clean every day, and everyone is screened for symptoms before entering the gym. Honestly, I was more worried picking up an order at Home Depot than I've been at Ethos - they are taking our health and safety extremely seriously. As a former athlete with multiple surgeries under my belt, I've been in and out of gyms and physical therapy my whole life. I went through years of very expensive personal trainers only to see minimal gains. I decided to try Ethos after hearing about it from former teammates. What I found was a gym that challenged me, with a team of trainers that are dedicated to every member's success. After 40+ years of destroying my body, I'm now learning how to breathe and move in a different way in order to prevent further injuries. In less than a year I've gained more strength and confidence than I ever did with 10 years of personal trainers. Simply put, Ethos is the best.

Fantastic experience: I've been working out at Ethos since August 2019. I had gone several years without any regular workout/conditioning, relying on sports and hiking to stay fit. I felt good, but I noticed that my strength and muscle tone were diminishing, and that I was having back and shoulder problems more frequently. Once I started noticing that it was becoming difficult to put my bike on my car roof I decided I had let myself go long enough, and tried Ethos for a month to see if it was a fit for me. I was a bit skeptical--why pay to work out when I could do that far cheaper at the local rec center? I found out the answer quickly--first, technique matters, and I didn't know enough to know what I was doing wrong. The coaches made seemingly minor adjustments to my form, and I noticed immediate results--both in terms of work out difficulty and most importantly, injury prevention. I know there are YouTube vids out there that have similar info, but having the input and coaching right there, daily, has made a huge difference. Second, having a personal coach assigned to design my workouts (Kevin) has kept me interested and challenged, and has given me an awesome resource when I want to make changes, or work on a specific skill. The coaches are supportive and encouraging, but will instantly correct technique and form so that I get the most out of my time in the gym. And finally, there is a lot to be said for working out where coaches know you. On my own, weeks might go by between workouts, and sometimes workouts would end quickly if I got bored. At Ethos, I have been consistent, and I take each workout to the end. Could I do it myself? Probably, but I have found out that I don't, and even when I was consistent and regular, I was never able to get as much out of my own workouts as I have out of Ethos.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding gym with personalized workout programs help you meet your goals. They deserve and extra star for how they’ve dealt with Covid-19. They gave members payment options if needed and even loaned out all of their equipment so we could still workout. They created new digital workouts and other at-home options. During the re-opening the gym is spotless and countless measures are being taken to keep everyone healthy. The workouts have been totally re-worked to ensure we maintain a safe social distance but still maximize our success. Every other gym I’ve been to is a waste of time compared to this place.
Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this training center for almost a year now and I love the personalized attention I have received. All of the trainers are excellent. No matter the health goals, the trainers are knowledgeable and helpful. They have helped me with customized workout programs and nutrition. This is not a gym where you pay your dues and show up, the coaches are there to guide you at every workout. Working out at Ethos makes you part of the Ethos community. Their response to Covid-19 has been outstanding. Even before the stay at home orders were issued, Ethos had implemented policies for keeping their clients healthy and safe. When the gym was closed during the stay at home orders, they switched to on-line workouts. Being able to workout at home with my coaches saved my sanity during those long weeks. The coaches were also active in checking in with me, asking about my nutrition and my overall wellness. They even had live on-line meditation sessions. When the gym reopened I was eager to get back to working out, but i did not know what to expect. All the equipment in the gym had been reorganized to make it easier to workout and keep distance from others. The gym is cleaned constantly. Honestly, I have felt safer at Ethos than any other place I have been to since the stay at home orders ended. Working out with a mask has been tough, but the trainers are constantly checking in and making sure that everyone is doing okay. Frankly, you could not pay me to go to another gym. If you want to be a number, join another gym. If you want coaches that encourage you and guide you toward your health goals, Ethos is the place.
Fantastic experience: Ethos is amazing! It has been my gym for the last 5 years. Margaret and Liam are extremely knowledgeable and have helped me dial in my fitness for trail running by writing programs that address my specific needs. It is more than a gym- it is a caring and welcoming community where everyone gets to know one another and encourage each other to show up for ourselves - even when life gets busy. Before ethos I had never felt comfortable or confident in a gym setting, and I’m so grateful to have found them!! Additionally, Libby and Tim are conveniently onsite offering massage and physical therapies respectively and are seriously the best and smartest practitioners I’ve worked with!!
Fantastic experience: Great place to workout great coaches to help make sure you are doing things right. I am so glad they were able to open after the Covid shut down. I was a little concerned about working out with a mask but it's really not bad. They're doing a great job keeping the equipment clean and sterilized. If you are looking for a place to workout I would highly recommend it.
Fantastic experience: This place is pretty dang amazing. The staff and facility are top notch. Every person there has a personalized training schedule that is made just for you, exactly where your fitness level is at. Group fitness classes are different from the norm, you are working out with other people but each person is doing their own training program. It creates a culture that isn't about competition, it's about each person achieving their own personal goals. Small classes, with attentive coaches, leads to fast development!
Fantastic experience: Hands down, the BEST gym around! Completely changed my understanding of working out the RIGHT way. Supportive staff and truly a “fitness family” atmosphere. Cannot to wait to go to my workouts and see my comrades in action. Give them a try. You will be hooked!

Fantastic experience: I can't express how impressed I am with the team at Ethos. As an aging professional athlete, John, Craig, Margaret and the team have really helped me maximize what little meaningful time I have left in my sport through a personalized plan of strength and conditioning, speed work, supplementation, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching. I've worked with a number of strength and performance coaches over the years and have never received the level of personal attention that I have at Ethos. I plan on continuing to train here well after my professional competition career has ended and will refer as many of my athletes to Ethos as I can.
Fantastic experience: I was introduced to Ethos from a friend. Couldn’t be happier with the staff, community, and attention to detail. I sustained athletic injuries plus trauma to my lower back in my 20’s and had almost given up on being physically active. Here they tailor workouts specifically to my body and past injuries. After 6 months I’m in fantastic shape and haven’t felt this strong in over 10 years. Cant overstate how much I recommend these dedicated trainers. Special place.
Fantastic experience: I started at Ethos in October 2017 and was hoping to get back t running but I got so much more! I am in better shape today than I was 10 years ago. I love the program, the personal attention, the encouragement, the challenge, the smaller groups training, and the coaches attention to detail to ensure that I get the most out of my workout. Ethos has ensured that I will continue to be healthy and strong and able to do the plysical activities with family and friends. Than you for the personal attention and the great training program.

Before you even pick up a weight, you meet with a trainer to discuss what made you come in. Then you get a tailored plan, and start picking up those weights. Repeatedly. And there’s always a trainer there when you work out (either one-on-one or in a group), so if you’re unsure or doing something wrong, you’ll get on the right track immediately. Aside from getting stronger, I’ve found that I can do things I have previously dismissed, with the mindset of “I’m not doing that / I can’t do that”. And if I didn’t have Margaret there, nicely prodding me in the direction of “yes, I can do that”, I wouldn’t have done those things. Also, everyone I’ve met there, from other clients to staff to the owner, has been friendly and supportive and not at all judgmental. A very supportive and friendly place to get your sweat on!
Fantastic experience: I've been regularly going to Ethos for the past 9 months. It has been a great experience. I'm in my forties and my main goal was to build my strength and stamina. I have dealt with lower back pain for a few years and it has significantly improved since working out at Ethos. I have tried to keep up my fitness over the years via workouts at home and at the gym but have never consistently stuck with it. The system that Jonathon and his team have put in place to keep you consistently showing up is great. All of the trainers are good at explaining the how and why for all of the different exercises. The workouts are done in a group setting, but they are individually tailored to your goals. It is very nice to show up and have your workout planned out for you. Much better than wandering around the gym trying to figure out which machine is available... You will see a wide range of different people at Ethos - from the serious athlete training for competition to the forty something dad trying to fight off middle age. The atmosphere at Ethos is welcoming and open. I highly recommend checking it out!
Fantastic experience: Nothing but good things to say about my Ethos experience. Went in out of shape and clueless on how to change it. I have made steady progress every week and I am feeling better, eating better, looking better and sleeping better. Great team of smart, honest, humble professionals who treat you right and hold you accountable. Stated both of my teenagers at Ethos so they can develop the right nutrition, health and exercise habits early. Great facility with great coaches.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Ethos for a little over a month now and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The coaches and the facility itself are more than I could ever ask for. Ethos not only assists you with your training program, but also considers nutrition and other factors such as sleep, etc. Jonathan and the rest of the team at Ethos are individuals that make you feel welcome from the first day. I know I've only been there for a month, but I feel as if I have known them all for years. I can't stop recommending people to Ethos.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best gym I've ever been to. If the incredible attention to detail from the trainers, the workouts that are both uniquely challenging and rewarding, their empowering approach to physical training, or even the personally tailored workouts aren't enough to impress you... then apparently you are an insatiable consumer with unachievably high standards because ETHOS has raised the bar on personal training.

Fantastic experience: Updated 2024 Review: Well 10 years later I’m still working out at Ethos. During my time here, I’ve been able to do 10+ pull-ups, back squat 300 lbs, ski all over the world, hike the Grand Canyon under 8 hours, paddle for Team USA without injury and generally enjoy my life. All without a L5. So yeah, I have come up with a variety of goals and have always felt like the training supported anything I wanted to accomplish. If you are unsure because it’s been awhile since you’ve been to the gym, maybe you’ve never lifted weights before (ladies- I’m looking at you ) or feel like you don’t need something so serious, I challenge you to come in and try it. Your future self will thank you when you are 65 and can easily stand up off the ground. That’s all we are really trying to do at the end of the day. 2016 review: I've been training at Rogue for about 3 years now and couldn't be more satisfied. I've spent the past 7 years attempting to recover from a back injury. After a few months at Rogue, I started to feel and move like I did before my injury. And after a year of training I have never felt so strong and solid. Not only do you benefit greatly from the personal work outs designed around your goals, but also from the immense knowledge and skills that Rogue has to offer. And it’s a black hole of knowledge. They constantly seek to learn more and apply new training methods in the gym. I’m confident in their intelligent training programs to produce any goal that I come up with.
Fantastic experience: I've been going to Rogue twice a week for a little over a month now (and once a week the 12 weeks before that through the Nutrition Program with Monica O'Connor) and I am loving this gym. The trainers are knowledgeable and approachable and everyone is super supportive and friendly!! They remember you and work with you, no matter where you are in the fitness world. What an awesome place y'all have built--I'll be apart of the Rogue family for a long time! Update: Over a year with Ethos now and couldn't be happier. I figured out a food allergy thanks to the trainers and nutritionists and have felt better than I have in a long time. I'm also getting noticeably stronger and leaner. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
