I highly recommend working out with Matt - he's great at pushing you to reach your potential. Not only will you see changes in your physical fitness, but he can also help you make improvements in your overall nutrition.

I've been working with Matt for four months and he is amazing! I have reached fitness goals that I never dreamed possible. Matt is very one on one, personable, and friendly!

Fantastic experience: I’ve tried to find a trainer and gym I’ve actually enjoyed going to for many years - and I’ve found it here. Low key environment, great facility, excellent training and guidance from Matt. If you struggle to work out at home or on your own give this place a try. I highly recommend Matt and the Four Horsman Fitness gym.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Matt since February of 2020 and it's honestly the best thing I've ever done for myself. Matt is very motivating and helps you meet any goals you want to reach. Very fun environment and worth every penny!

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a low key gym with a great trainer who’s focused on your goals, Four Horsmen is the spot. Matt has created an awesome atmosphere with fun and challenging workouts to keep you motivated. He combines strength, balance, mobility and cardio into all of his workouts so no matter what level you’re starting at you’ll be making progress. I highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: Exercising with Matt is a truly remarkable experience. He takes the time to understand your fitness objectives and any previous injuries you may have. If there is any discomfort, he will show you stretches and adjust the exercises to lessen the pressure on the affected area. The gym environment is friendly and energetic, and clients can work hard without breaking the bank. He is very accommodating to your schedule and is always available if you need to get in touch. I am pregnant, and he has adapted my workouts to my current level of ability, while also double-checking that everything is okay. I cannot imagine having a different trainer or going to a different gym!

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Matt at Four Horsman Fitness for a year and a half and it has been the best decision of my life. Matt is very knowledgeable when it comes to both fitness and nutrition and has been helping me with meal planning. Every workout is different and the atmosphere at the gym is great. The small group setting makes it a much more enjoyable experience than a big box gym. I highly recommend Matt for all your health and fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: Matthew is an excellent motivator and cheerleader. Since he initiated a challenge, I have modified my eating habits and have become more active. As a result, I have lost 25 pounds! I am grateful for Matthew's instruction on the significance of looking after myself. I highly suggest him to anyone, regardless of their skill level!

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased to have discovered Matt's gym; he is an excellent communicator and displays a high level of professionalism. Fantastic experience: Love Four Horsman Fittness! Love Matt! WOW! Get ready for the best workout of your friggin life. Saying Matt is extremely knowledgeable about health/fitness is an understatement. As an "Average Joe" with aches, pains, & past injuries, every workout is taylored to my needs increasing my strength, flexibility, & mobility. Matt truly cares about your health & your goals. He is there to walk (or lunge) side by side with you wherever you are in your fitness journey. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I started training with Matt Horsman in January 2021. Since then I have lost a total of 25lb in the past three months. (Roughly two pounds per week) Matt will help you achieve your fitness goals in a safe and healthy time frame. Every month he has provided me with food intake goals and has provided me with a list of foods to eat or not eat. Matt is quick to change workouts and meal plans depending on the person and their needs. He is always on time and will work with your schedule. Not only that, his gym is an uplifting, clean work environment. I would highly recommend having him as a coach.

Fantastic experience: Coach Matt ran an 8 week fitness challenge and I chose to run a 5k as my goal. At the start of the challenge I wasn't doing any exercise, but by the end of the 8 weeks I was running 5ks and even registered for my first 5k race this year. Matt provided virtual coaching and is still available to coach clients who are out of town. If you're just beginning your fitness journey, Matt is an excellent trainer to have!
