Fantastic experience: Love going to the Y , don't know what I would do without it!!

Fantastic experience: Great classes! Everyone is so nice and lots of equipment.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic! Me and my family went for trick or treat, the YMCA did such a great job putting it all together. I'm not a member but I'm considering becoming one. The gym area looks amazing! Two levels of all kinds of different workout equipment. There's a nice pool area. All the staff I came across was very friendly and helpful. The building was well kept and tidy, even with all the festivities of Halloween!

Fantastic experience: The North Canton YMCA truly cares about the people they serve and their employees. I work for Trident Restoration, and we recently helped them with their water damage. Ben Wheeler and his team communicated so well and did whatever they could to accommodate us to ensure we could do our repair efficiently and appropriately! It was so impressive to see that they got creative while the building had to be closed and offered classes outside and in alternate locations to make sure their customers were taken care of! Thank you North Canton YMCA!

Fantastic experience: They have a wide variety of exercise machines. They offer financing for those who need it. They have trained staff and personal trainers. They offer a variety of exercise programs for everyone. They have personal trainers for a extra fee who provide one on one training. They also have a swimming pool, steam room and sauna. The pool is available now. However, the jacuzzi is not working yet. They offer child care for parents with young children. Members can rent a locker but many are free though. There is a basketball court with a padded walking track above it.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this YMCA since my kids were in diapers. The child-watch was an excellent experience for them -- and after they outgrew it, they still loved the play areas available to them. I taught both my kids to swim in the pool, and now it's my regular workout place -- both for weights and often swimming. The massive wall of windows and the clearly posted hours (and the friendly lifeguarding staff) are my favorite aspects of this swimming pool. I think the temperature is a little warmer than I'd prefer, but not warm enough to keep me from swimming or to lower my rating below a "5."

Fantastic experience: The people here are very friendly and welcoming. I'm shy, so I'm nervous about asking questions, but I appreciate that there is no judgement here. The workers are patient and understanding, which is great.

Positive experience: I had a great experience at this facility. The hours are great and it's open on Sundays. The facility is nice and I give it a 9 out of 10.

Fantastic experience: We love this place. Though their prices seem a bit high, if you take advantage of the rewards program you will save enough to make it worth it. Stop in the coffee shop too or stop in just for coffee, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Was great to workout finally! Ymca staff were nice and helpful! MY ONLY COMPLAINT is that even during the situation we are in, there are still y members who won't properly wipe down the machine after use. Those people are nasty, especially since there is no hand towels at this time. Since I witnessed that, I wipe my machine down before and after use. The staff is awesome but sadly a few dirty people means the rest of us have to be even more proactive about sanitation so we can enjoy getting out of our homes after the last 3 months in stay at home.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved out of town and miss this Y so much. The childwatch in particular. I have never had a negative experience with ANY of the staff. Front desk, childwatch, in the cardio area/weight room, lifeguards; everyone has been friendly and helpful, even when I’ve called with questions. No matter how many children are in childwatch there is always someone to attentively sign in every child, they all gret parent and child and say hi, and have helped my almost 2 year old with separation anxiety. They have cultivated a genuinely welcoming, family atmosphere at this location and I wish all Y’s could model themselves after North Canton. I can’t say enough good things.

Fantastic experience: I recently used other fitness centers and Y while on vacation. The NC YMCA rocks!!! It far outshines any other facility with friendly, knowledgeable staff as well as state of the art equipment, nice variety of classes and more!

Fantastic experience: Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff, excellent facilities that are consistently upgraded, full range of family programs. We've been members for 20 years. We've also had memberships in some other facilities periodically as well. But, we've found the the North Canton YMCA is by far the best bargain in the area.

Fantastic experience: I drive out of my way to go here over the Jackson YMCA. The child watch staff here is excellent. They are always super friendly and remember me and my kids' names. I've been very impressed with them. My kids love playing here and going to the block room after I pick them up from child watch. The parking does get frustrating at times -mainly Monday mornings, so I allow extra time to drive around the parking lot a couple times to get a space. They also have great Power Yoga and pilates classes with good teachers. Marti is hands down my favorite!! Everyone I have met here, including the front desk ladies, are always nice. I would highly recommend this location.
