Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a jam-packed 30-minute workout that is always changing, this is the place for you. The community is very supportive, and the coaches are eager to help with or modify any of the exercises they throw at you.
Fantastic experience: I started working out all alone during COVID. After several years, it was becoming lonely and redundant. I joined Fit Body Bootcamp for community and found it! The coaches are incredibly motivating and encouraging. New and challenging 30 minute strength and mobility sessions every day. The community is amazing and celebrates each other's progress and milestones. Take a step toward strength and fitness ... you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: Get up, get in, get down with the fitness. *Friendly encouraging environment pulls you through intense 30-minute sessions. *Dedicated caring trainers push you further and help you maintain proper form. *Different exercises every day build a balance of strength, endurance, and coordination. *Flexible schedule with 5 sessions on weekdays, 3 on Saturdays, and a rest day on Sundays. This gym pulled me out of a major slump I could find no way out of. After 50 sessions, I was no longer obese, and I'm on track to be in better shape than I’ve ever been in a few months. Focusing on fitness has created a cascade of positive effects in my life. Come by, meet Sydney, Jodi, and the rest of the fit fam and you’ll be amazed what you can do if you stick with it.
Fantastic experience: Just got back from a session and I feel like I just stormed Omaha beach while being chased by a rabid chihuahua...but in a good way. The best part of the experience is after each workout we all go out and shout expletives at the people picking up pizza from next door. So yeah, great community and amazing trainers. Jodi is really cool and supportive and Sydney is mean but we try to tolerate her. Can't recommend enough, I would give 10 stars if I could. So come on down and get a taste of the "Boot" in Fit Body Boot Camp. You might regret it (achy muscles) but you'll be a better person for it. Also, you shouldn't listen to the people who posted the 1-star review. They sound like type of folks who harass restaurant employees and I bet they get each other cornflakes for Christmas.
Nick! You are awesome at storming beaches. You kick butt EVERY session!!! Not only do you bring fun to the sessions, you inspire everyone to do their best during sessions! It's members like who who make this such a great community!
Fantastic experience: I joined fit body in June 2023 because I was looking to get back into bootcamp style workouts and I thought 30 mins would be manageable in easing myself back into a consistent workout. Consistency came easy when I looked forward to the workouts and they have an in-body scanner that tracks even the progress you may not physically see yet which is helpful and encouraging. Sydney and Jodi are enthusiastic, caring and really wanting members to succeed. I managed to get up to 200 workouts and even joined the heavy lifting class “Sydney’s army” for a while too. The community is kind and I made some great friends there too

During the well choreographed workouts, participants can expect vocal supportive instruction to keep them motivated and on track. FBBC offers more than just HIIT and clients have the option to experience structured (and monitored) body composition analysis and nutrition guidance. One of the standout features of Alexandria FBBC is its community atmosphere. Clients who join generally stay for long time, and love the sense of belonging and support that is able to deliver well beyond a one dimensional typical gym class. The coaches are committed to working with each client to help them find an intensity level that suits their personal fitness journey. Coach Sydney brings energy, intelligence, and empathy to every session. She understands that everyone has unique abilities and fitness foundations, and she tailors her guidance to meet these individual needs. Similarly, Coach Jodi, the owner, provides a structured yet empathetic approach, ensuring that every participant feels supported and understood. The sessions at Alexandria Fit Body Bootcamp are perfectly timed, lasting about 45 minutes including warmup and cooldown "finishers." These sessions are deliberately designed to optimize High Intensity Interval Training benefits in this timeframe. If you find you are not exhausted at the end of your sessions, trust me, the coaches will see this and you will have the opportunity to turn up the intensity. No haranguing- but just enough of a nudge – you get out what you put in ! Alexandria FBBC is more than just a place to work out. It is a vibrant community where fitness and fun can easily co-exist, guided by knowledgeable and caring coaches who understand the unique needs of each participant.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! Workouts are quick and efficient! We have fun while we are still working hard and gaining results. Small classes allow for everyone to feel the encouraging energy throughout the space as well as the personal instruction that we get from the staff!
Fantastic experience: I joined FBBC in July 2023. This is the first time in my life that I stayed with a gym. Coach Jodi and Coach Sydney are absolutely magnificent at motivating me and ensuring that I do the exercises correctly. One of the main things that I love about both of them is that they give you alternatives to the exercises to meet your needs. I fell recently and severly injured my knee. Coach Sydney assured me that I would still get the benefits of the exercises, but she would give me alternatives so that I would not have to use my injured knee, but yet still feel the effects of the ordered exercises that everyone else was doing. At FBBC-Alexandria, the coaches really care about their clients. I so much enjoy these classes. I am so much stronger and in better shape and health. We are family and I love the coaches. Please do yourself a favor and join the FBBC-Alexandria. It is absolutely a wonderful boot camp.

Fantastic experience: I've had over 70 sessions at FBBC in Alexandria and am completely obsessed. The workout works for both me (unathletic) and my husband (athlete), which is so great. Coach Sydney is so great at pushing us to show up for ourselves and work 1% harder than last time. I leave every session feeling strong, empowered, and capable of anything! My fitness has improved SIGNIFICANTLY in the past 6 months - I don't even recognize my old self. Also absolutely love that the sessions are only 30 minutes so I can sneak one in even on a busy day.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Fit Body Bootcamp for a little over a year. I love the workouts because they are 30 minutes and it suits my busy schedule. The workouts are varied and challenging so I never get bored. Coach Sydney challenges me to meet my full potential while making sure I have proper form as I’m going through the exercises. Coach Jodi always makes the classes fun and exciting.
Fantastic experience: I’m almost 100 workouts into my Fit Body Boot Camp experience and I cannot recommend this place more highly! The community is diverse and motivating. The workouts are accessible and easily modified. And the coaches are amazing. (All of them are great but shout out to Coach Sydney for being fun and tough and inspiring and awesome!) No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Fit Body Boot Camp can be the place for you!
Fantastic experience: I joined FBBC Alexandria about a year ago and I absolutely love it! The 30 minutes classes are perfect for cardio and strength training workouts. It's a great community of supportive people who motivate you to push you to your limit. Coach Sydney and Coach Jodi are encouraging and helpful. I recently joined Sydney's Army to boost up my strength training and I love it! I feel stronger and can see results. I'm so happy I found this place!
Fantastic experience: FBBC Alexandria has been a game changer for me. I was looking for a boot camp style class to jumpstart my fitness journey and I’ve found that here. The coaches took the time to welcome me in, understand my goals and needs, and support me in getting started. I have to shout out Coach Sydney - she really listened to my goals and pushes me to fully realize them, even when I count myself out! She’s also been an awesome educator in helping me modify for my injuries, so I get boot camp and personal training all in one! Sydney takes her title as coach seriously - her energy is what I need for early morning classes and the community she fosters is unmatched. I look forward to seeing all of my early morning crew! Fantastic experience: Alexandria Fit Body Boot Camp is more than a fitness center, it is a supportive community where you can improve your health and release the work stress. Well qualified trainers who involve themselves with passion towards the job. Coaches Sydney and Brennan are always pushing you to try your best. The gym is clean, well-maintained and never too crowded. I'm so happy I joined, highly recommend it.
Fantastic experience: I just joined Alexandria Fit Body last month and I've really enjoyed it. I've been going for almost 7 weeks and no two workouts have ever been the same. The structure of the program is such that the 30 minutes flies by, you're drenched in sweat, and before you know it, you're done. Everyone in the class is welcoming and supportive; everyone encourages one another. Our coaches - Jodi, Sydney, and Brennan - continually are there to push us to that final rep (or two) or to show us that maybe we can lift a higher weight than we thought we could. Highly highly recommend; so glad I found this place.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful gym that cultivates great relationships and a supportive community! All the coaches and members are so kind, welcoming, supportive, and knowledgable. I signed up knowing that I would be pregnant soon and the coaches (shout out to Sydney!) have been so accommodating as soon as I found out I was expecting. Everyday the workout changes so it keeps you on your toes, but the coaches are great at meeting you where you are and will push you to challenge yourself. Since I've been pregnant, they've looked out for my health and makes sure that I don't harm myself and baby, often giving me modifications or new moves that focuses on important muscles for childbirth. I cannot recommend this gym highly enough, especially if you're expecting!

Fantastic experience: Fit Body Bootcamp has changed my relationship with exercise. Instead of just putting in the time, I’m now focused on maximizing my effort. The community at Fit Body Boot camp is amazing! Everyone is rooting for one another and cheering for each other, but none louder than Coach Sydney. Coach Sydney is always in your corner and makes every workout interesting and fun. She makes sure you’re working hard at your level. Coach Sydney helped me overcome an injury by tailoring my workouts and helping me pace myself when I was frustrated with my limitations. It’s hard work but it’s good work with awesome people.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Fit Body Boot Camp for almost 2 years. I have had amazing results and really love the support the other gym members and staff bring to the facility. In the past year I have lost 20lbs of fat and gained 15+ lbs of muscle. They have a InBody scanner machine that helps you track these statistics. My cloths fit different and I feel like I have the energy and strength to be active with my life and family. There are many time slots for classes on every day. It is easy to pick one that fits your schedule and you can book slots via their app, which is really convenient. The attached picture is how my kids see me now, and I love that.

Fantastic experience: I have finally found the gym for me! I absolutely love the workouts, because I know down to the second what to do. The coaches, Sydney and Jodi, are the best! They show you each exercise and help ensure you have good form so you dont injure yourself, and they provide alternatives if you are unable to do the exact exercise. They really care about not only the workouts but each client. They call you by name, and they even check on you and hold you accountable if you are slacking or miss class. If you are looking for a gym that accepts you, flaws and all, and is truly interested in making you 1% better each day, then look no further - Fitbody Bootcamp Alexandria is the gym for you. Just try it once, I'm sure you'll be back!!!

Fantastic experience: I joined FBBC a little over 6 months ago with the goal of getting back in shape. I've always loved group fitness as a way to motivate, hold me accountable, and give me the extra push I wouldn't do on my own. Within the first few months, I noticed a difference in my energy, strength and confidence. Since I wanted to increase my training to the next level, I decided to sign up for semi-private barbell training with Coach Sydney. Wow! That's when my results sky rocketed. I was seeing muscles I didn't even know existed. Thanks to Sydney and her ever-present camera she captures your journey to show how you are growing :). As my muscles were strengthening, I knew if I wanted to meet my goals nutrition was my next level to unlock. I joined the 6 week nutrition reset challenge. When you take the time to pay attention to what you are putting in your body, it's eye-opening. Eat more protein! Drink water! After the 6 weeks, I was down 9 pounds, stronger than ever. I'm 100+ sessions in and there's no turning back. These are a few of my favorite things about FBBC: - Community: All the members that attend are lovely. It's nice to have others there to help you push yourself and you push them. A high five at the end of each class to keep us going! - Workouts: You can't beat a 30 min HIIT workout that focuses on the whole body. Different workouts each day that challenge you and great music to keep you moving. Class sizes are great! - Location: It's close enough for me to walk or a 5 min drive. Beautiful gym with top of the line equipment. - Coaches: Jodi and Sydney are awesome. They really care about their clients and work with you to meet your goals. I appreciate that they focus on form and are there to hand you a heavier weight at the ready or provide a modification. Come join the fun at Alexandria FBBC!

Fantastic experience: I've tried different fitness programs, from a traditional gym, ClassPass, YouTube programs, etc., but FBBC is the first time I've been consistent. The classes here take all the guesswork out of exercising; they're super well-rounded and structured so you work out your whole body with the plus of not having to count sets or keep track of timers. There is also an InBody machine so you can track your progress over time (personally, I've gained 4 pounds of muscle since going!). And last but definitely not least, the coaches here are amazing. Sydney will push you and you will eventually be happy about it, and Jodi has created such a warm and friendly environment for everyone. Prices are comparable to other bootcamp-like gyms, but if you're local and you feel like nothing else has really worked for you, definitely give Alexandria FBBC a chance. The worst thing really is just forcing yourself to get up and come in. :)

Fantastic experience: Incredible community that has helped me get healthier, stronger, and happier. I cannot say enough good things about FBBC Alexandria. When I started with the gym in October 2022, I had just found out I would need major surgery on my ankle. I was overweight, overeating, and overwhelmed. Because of my injury I felt like I couldn’t do anything. One of the best parts about working with Coaches Sydney, Jodie, and Krishna is they keep you moving. They work with you to find alternative movements you can do and the mantra “low impact does not mean low intensity” changed the way I thought about what workouts I could do pre-surgery and during rehab. Now I am part of the semi-private weightlifting group, Sydney’s Army, in addition to the HIIT sessions, this training has helped me challenge myself and become stronger and fitter. Cannot recommend highly enough especially if you are new to fitness or like me, coming back to it after a while away.

Fantastic experience: I work with Sydney on lifestyle coaching and the woman REALLY knows her stuff!! The energy, the insight, and the motivation are all super super on point and she knows exactly how to listen, tackle a problem, and offer not only a solution but in such a way that it's both obvious and easy to attain. VERY happy and plan on continuing!
Fantastic experience: I took my time in researching gyms in my area that I wanted to join After a month of a trial membership I joined this one for multiple reasons. The classes are small and easy to sign up for. I like the variation of classes. The clients in the class are super! They are supportive and are all ages and shapes. There is no need to feel intimated by them. The best thing about working out here are the trainers. They are extremely knowledgeable, readily make modifications, and are extremely encouraging! They push you in a positive way!

Fantastic experience: I can only share great things about Fit Body Boot Camp in Alexandria! Coach Sydney is an exceptional coach who pushes you to do your best and be your best! She will hold you accountable and be your #1 hype woman. Trust! Coach Jodi is also an excellent coach who is very knowledgeable and only wants the best for you. They do fun events and offer various options for strength training, group workouts, and nutrition counseling depending on what you are looking for. Being a nurse and finding time/motivation to exercise can be extremely difficult but you are in/out in about 30 minutes so very doable! Working out alone can also be tough so come join FBBC and have a supportive community to do it with you! 10/10 would recommend
Fantastic experience: I definitely recommend Fit Body Boot Camp- Alexandria to anyone wanting to change up their routine and get on a good path to fitness. I specifically recommend working with Coach Sydney, an energizer bunny full of equal parts positivity and equal parts challenge you out of your comfort zone and high five you when you do it. She has a way of giving everyone individual attention and support and it's really nice and motivating knowing that she will call me out for taking a break too long or using weights she has gotten to know might not be as challenging for me. She knows her stuff and she pays attention to detail and form! I started going with a 6 week trial as a way of getting back to a regular workout routine which I had not really had since having my first daughter 5 years ago. After the challenge I ended up signing up for a membership because the 30 min workouts are much more accessible for me and I can go at 6am before my girls wakeup. After a few months of mostly regular attendance (sometimes 3x a week sometimes 1 depending on work and how well my kids sleep through the night) I've definitely noticed results and feel better in my skin and stronger which is why I signed up. I also like the community aspect because if you go regularly to the same classes you can't help but get to know some folks. It's motivational, a hard workout that you do at your own fitness level and very nonjudgmental. I love that there are different ages and people are generally very positive and supportive. Try it out!

Fantastic experience: I joined Fit Body in October 2021 and have been attending sessions 3 to 5 times a week since. I joined primarily to improve my overall fitness, but also to hold myself accountable to leaving work on time in the hopes of creating some sort of work/life balance. All of the coaches I have worked with have been great - super positive, skilled, encouraging, and helpful so it was easy to keep going back. I wasn't really interested in finding a community, or keeping track of my goals - I was just there for me, and was content in using my time at the gym as a release of all the stress accumulated each day. As it turns out, I wasn't flying under the radar as much as I thought. The coaches at fit body decided to invest in me despite my show of indifference. Coach Sydney in particular, took the time to get to know me and figure out what I was actually looking for - and before you knew it, I was doing all the things I didn't think I was interested in doing. I was counting my reps, adding more weight, trying harder and keeping a food journal. It feels good to have a coach that believes in you and pushes you to believe in yourself. I've put in lots of hard work, but Sydney puts in equal amounts of hard work to get me there, to teach me proper/better form and technique, to challenge me to do one more rep, go a little heavier, to try again, go faster, jump farther, etc. She sends out messages to get me to the gym and tracks my macros. She makes me pause to celebrate progress no matter how big or small. She doesn't just do this for me....but for everyone who shows up to the 4:15 class...and all the other classes she teaches. Lastly, the fit body community - fit fam - is top notch. Everyone is supportive of each other - we laugh and encourage each other to try our best but don't take each other too seriously. Everyone is at a different place or looking for different things and that is okay. I am definitely stronger than I was a year ago. I have a much improved sense of what I am capable of accomplishing in the gym, with genuine support to reach those goals.

Fantastic experience: I've been here since after the lock-down of the pandemic and it has been a place where I enjoy doing my workout. Coach are caring and friendly, they help you to reach your goals regardless if you are beginner or advance training person. The sense of community is what I love to be part of this boot camp. FBBC has everything I need for a workout and it is close to my home.

Negative experience: I visited this gym with my girlfriend a month or two ago. We had an unfortunate experience with one of the trainers. We were asked to sign the forms and we did so. While my girlfriend was signing the forms a part of the pen she was using broke off. When she asked for a new pen the instructor said “oh so you broke my pen?”. We felt oddly uncomfortable about the way she accused us of braking the pen. We didn’t purposefully brake it. Then during the class we felt awkward about the way she was speaking to and treating us. We put our keys and wallet to the side on the ground. She then stopped us and said “you know there are cubbies along the other side to put your stuff, right”?The way she said this came off rather rude. We did not know there were cubbies because she did not notify us. We didn’t feel welcome but rather treated like outcasts. My girlfriend started the workout wearing a sweatshirt. Halfway through the workout she took her sweatshirt off and was wearing a sports bra. As she did this the instructor noticeably laughed at her. The whole thing was strange. We will not be going back to this place. It feels very cliquish and unwelcoming to outsiders.

Fantastic experience: As I searched for a post-pandemic workout spot, I knew a traditional gym wasn't for me. I craved something different - instructor-led classes and a refreshing approach to fitness. Luckily, I found exactly what I was looking for at Fit Body Boot Camp! The format of their classes won me over from the very first session. Each class is a unique experience, which keeps things exciting and prevents monotony. In just 30 minutes, I can achieve a full-body workout that leaves me feeling accomplished and energized. The intensity may be challenging, but what I love is the flexibility to adjust the difficulty level. Whether I add more weight or modify the exercises, I can tailor the workouts to suit my fitness journey. I'm thrilled to say that after 15 months and nearly 200 sessions, the results have been beyond satisfying. I aim to attend at least 3 times a week, and when I miss a session, I genuinely feel it. Fit Body Boot Camp has become an integral part of my routine, and I couldn't be happier with the progress I've made. A significant part of my success is due to the incredible trainers at Fit Body Boot Camp. Their motivation and genuine care for each student's progress create an encouraging and uplifting atmosphere. They make you feel valued and supported, pushing you to reach your potential while ensuring safety and proper form. Fantastic experience: I love this place. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get in shape. The 30 min training goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring. I’ve been going for 9 months and I’m already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. The trainers are nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. Sydney is my favorite one. She is professional yet kind, patient and understanding. Her encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to continue and getting further. Thank you Jodi and Sydney!

Fantastic experience: Having such a great time at fit body, Boot Camp, and the results are showing. Working out has never been the problem, it’s the motivation and someone pushing me to do it more. The team at fit body boot camp Alexandria have always been amazing. Sydney and Jodi are awesome coaches and they keep the class motivated and energetic. Plus all of the info and guidance on nutrition and diet. This is not just another gym, you get body scans and basically a personal trainer each class. No matter who is in the class or how many people are there, it’s always a community and family feel.

Fantastic experience: As a student athlete that plans to to walk on at his university for football the fit body Boot Camp program has really has a helped me a lot to get back into football shape. It’s improved my cardio endurance and stamina along side gaining a muscle mass. In my 6 week plan i managed to become much healthier and physically active. I got to create a tight bond between the fitness instructors there and they helped me achieve my goals fully. as a young student athlete that is all you can ask for.

Fantastic experience: All throughout high school I was always active (wrestling, track team, gymnastics etc.,) which was a definite plus when I joined the military. Years later with injuries and several major surgeries under my belt I gained weight (a lot of it). The various programs, personal trainers, diets, medication did little to build back muscle tissue, lose weight and reduce body fat. Fit Body Boot Camp Works!!! My journey with Fit Body began by chance when I noticed a very fit extremely well-toned lady getting out of what I now call the Fit-Body Mobil (which I saw regularly after that). I had passed the fit camp (not gym) several times, then finally stopped in. The lady that I saw earlier that week identified herself as Coach Jodi, gave me the basic rundown, asked about my limitations, and invited me to participate in a 6 week trial session. Covid stopped the sessions before they began. Fit Body Boot Camp Works!!! Fast forward two years and I was able to finally take Coach Jodi up on her invitation. Admittedly after the first week I was thinking this was not for me, which was more my mentality than the program. I decided to give it one more week and in that time something happened. Coach Jodi(and Coach Sydney) noted that I had trouble with certain movements and gave me alternate exercises that I found myself doing at home or in my office. They both give me (and the rest of the fit body team) the firm support (not in your face) guidance needed for a positive work out experience. Fit Body Boot Camp Works!!! With the Fit Body Boot Camp program the weight scale and body fat measurements are finally going in the preferred direction (down) and I just feel better about the outlook for my health. The bonus of the program is not just the great coaches but the entire like-minded motivated extended family members that make up the entire Fit Body Community.

Fantastic experience: I have always had my doubts about group workout sessions but since i started im constantly looking forward for the next session and don't mind getting up at 6am to do the workouts. Workouts are fun and have a lot of variety and include warmup and stretching at the end. Jodi, Wolf and Sydney are the trainers i have worked with and they all have their unique strengths and gives the feeling that every session is different in its unique and fun way. I have done this for less than a month and I already see a lot of results. Cant recommend this place enough, you might think is expensive or a lot of work but i say is an investment not only in your well being but in a better future you. Go in and sign up today!
