Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area by far.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym in the DMV for people who want to get fit and stay fit. It has the equipment for whatever you want to do be it weight lifting, cardio, personal or group training. Also tons of classes and a huge lap pool all while being one of the lowest prices in the area. It's not a corporate chain or some trendy flash in the pan boutique. This is actually a neighborhood gym with a local owner employing your neighbors. If you have a problem, you can walk right into the owner's office and get a resolution. The negative reviews of this gym based on some billing mishap, a broken price of equipment, or a staff member that was mildly rude are ridiculous. Come here if you want to improve your fitness.

Fantastic experience: Update: After 3 months as a member, the last two with the additional support of Results Fitness trainer Kaitlyn, I just have to write to express how incredibly happy I am to have found this place. Kaitlyn had been intentional, inspirational, and truly the crucial piece I was missing in my fitness journey. I’ve had many trainers over the years. She is by far the best. She motivates and pushes me to do better each session. She is friendly, warm, and thoughtful when planning sessions; always mindful of my goals, need for encouragement and support. I’m 51 and feel like I’m well on my way to being in the best shape of my life. Something, I never would have thought I could say at this age. This difference is a trainer who understands and utilizes the perfect blend of science and motivation! The gym is clean, friendly, updated gym with equipment, classes, and trainers to meet all your fitness goals! Matthew is the front desk ambassador who made me feel welcome, explained all the details, remembered my name (and everyone else’s) and greeted me with a smile every time I walked through the door. The facility is large, there are plenty of free weights, circuit training, TRX, functional fitness area, pool, and studio classes. I’ve taken group classes with several instructors and they are all very good. Jen’s Body Pump class is excellent. Spinning is also challenging and fun. Classes are well attended but not crowded. Classes are first come, first served. No app or sign up required. The value ($29/mo), clean facilities, variety of equipment, instructors, and staff are top notch. Investing in your health is one of the best investments of time and money you can make. Results Fitness is here to help and offers everything you need to achieve a better healthier you.

Fantastic experience: I came to this gym as a guest while I was in town on vacation. My family member had just joined, and she allowed me to use the 1 week guest pass that she was given. I must say...I'm really impressed with this gym! The staff is really friendly and helpful! The cleaning lady name Aufrae was kind enough to help explain to me about the drying machine in the lady's room. She has such a pleasant spirit. When I checked in the other day, a man who works at the front desk named Matt was super kind. He greeted me warmly and helped me when I needed it. Give Aufrae and Matt a raise please! I cannot join this gym since I don't live here, but I highly recommend this gym for anyone who is looking to join a gym that lives in the area.

Fantastic experience: The staff at this gym are always friendly and helpful, and the range of machines and classes on offer is great. It's great value for money too, which motivates me to keep going and reach my fitness goals. I would recommend it to anyone in the area who is looking for a supportive place to achieve their fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: The gym has a lot of space, a lot of equipment, special areas for different workouts, monitors to track your fitness and progress, and staff that are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Also confused by the negative reviews. Clearly these people are not really there to workout. In my opinion, this gym is the best in the DMV area. It has Keiser machines which are not common, outdoor gym area, huge turf area separate from the mats, multiple squat racks and deadlift area, huge weight pit and many different options of machines. It’s one floor, lots of cardio equipment, women have their own area, always clean. Great gym.

Fantastic experience: The place is super clean and provides cleaning supplies to clean the machines! You can do multiple things and the place even has a Pool!! I’m so pleased!

The facilities are very clean; there’s a great variety of cardio equipment and weights; lots of classes to choose from; and a pool for swimming laps! Results Fitness also has trained and experienced personal trainers on staff. This will be my gym for life!

Fantastic experience: Erica the club associate was wonderful. When she took for for a tour of the facility I was beyond impressed. I’m currently on a free trial, but this upcoming Monday I’m definitely going to officially join. This gym has everything you need. This is truly a great gym for everyone. Look no further, If you live in the Alexandria Virginia area and haven’t signed up for this gym, my question to you is, what are you waiting for?

Fantastic experience: Physically huge facility - awesome selection of gear; equipment I want to use is always available. Well run organization, nice folks, coaches with specialties in different disciplines, and overall well-rounded. Easy to use (safely) in COVID context because facility is so large - 6 feet is easy to maintain. For ladies who prefer a little privacy, there is a well-equipped ladies-only wing. There is a weight lifting wing for those very serious about weightlifting. There is a pool. This place is awesome.

Fantastic experience: Confused by these unhappy people. Great facility, fair prices, good management.... Very reasonable. It's obvious the thousands of happy members don't leave reviews but the upset 6 members want to be vocal. Don't listen to the negatives.... This place is great and fair.

Fantastic experience: So very thankful and happy that Sujakta was teaching the 8 am yoga class at Results Fitness. She is an expert yoga instructor having trained and grown up in India. Her natural and healthy healing approach to yoga makes her classes exceptional. If you need to let go and let be....go to Sujakta Yoga Class...note: check the schedule to make sure she is on the schedule for Sunday! Thanks Sujakta for the healing! Thanks Results Fitness!

Fantastic experience: It's a great gym with great staff. The holiday/weekend hours are frustrating when it doesn't fit your hours and there is no climbing wall which is unfortunate but other than those two issues, it's an amazing gym. Update 7/2/20 I just got back to the area and didn't gym shop at all. This is the best gym hands down. It's so well run and organized. Bob, is great and went the whole 9 yards (and then some) to make it as safe as possible for people to come back during covid. I don't know why everyone doesn't go here. It has everything you could want (with the exception of a climbing wall). Results fitness for the win!

Fantastic experience: 5 stars! Erica is by far the best club associate I’ve ever worked with. I after calling multiple gyms in the area to see if they had a specific treadmill I wanted (Results by the way is the only one), she gave me a tour and I was sold on the spot. My membership dates were tentative but she made it so easy to work around my move. After my first workout there, she knew I was new the area and made sure I knew the quickest way to get home. Extremely thoughtful and a true professional. It has been a bit disappointing that 1 of the only 2 treadmills I joined the gym for being out of order since I’ve been in. Though they are specialty equipment, they are still in high demand at peek times. All-in-all very glad to be a member here!

Fantastic experience: I recommend Results Gym for all types of fitness goals. It has the components starting with an owner that understand the fitness industry and have compassion for the business. The General Manager, Bob Shepard and Manager, Erika Nelson along with an awesome workforce creates the quality I experience every time I am there. Customer service starts with pleasant greetings I receive when entering and leaving, the reassurance of working equipment and quick repairs because of their own Maintenance Personnel, the confidence of a clean environment with their very own house keeping workforce. I feel like a kid in a candy store every time I walk into Results because of the amount of equipment including an indoor pool that is seventy percent sea salt water and outdoor workout space. Without a doubt, in my opinion, Results is the most complete workout facility in the DMV, which is why I have been a member for 10 years.

Fantastic experience: I just joined this gym after moving into the area and I couldn't be happier! The staff is phenomenal, especially the front desk staff, the facility is clean, the class schedule is extensive, and the facility offers everything I was looking for in a gym.

Fantastic experience: Saw some reviews about Results were negative. I cant say the same, I have had nothing but great service from this gym and very glad I did not join a big chain. First, my friends and I are always greeted when we get in the gym and when we leave. I have yet to work out in a gym that is cleaner than this one, employees are always working to keep the place clean. New equipment is always replacing older , they even have some equipment I have never seen before. O was the one who set me up with my membership and was a compete no pressure experience. I wanted to think about signing up and turned around on my way home to sign up because I was so impressed with the gym. Been here about 6 months and have never felt better about my fitness level. I consider this more of a Health Club than a regular Gym. Again, cant speak for others, but my experience has been nothing but positive with the Staff, Facilities, and other members. Even being very picky, I cant think of ONE complaint about this gym. Hope this was helpful.

Fantastic experience: This really is the best fitness center for the $$ and is a lot like the higher end fitness clubs. Great variety of classes, good client diversity, the gym equipment is well stocked and the space is open making it comfortable to do your workouts. Although I never used the pool, it always looked clean etc. I feel like I get a lot for my money.

Fantastic experience: I MISS THIS GYM!! I went to this gym for a little over two years before moving to AZ. While i was there I loved it. It is by far the best gym I have ever been to. The staff, the trainers, everyone. Now that I am in AZ, I find that I miss it even more whilst trying to search for new gyms! Robert was my personal trainer for quite a few months and he was absolutely amazing. He worked with my budget and really made me want to train with him. Luis was also very friendly and outgoing! I just hope this place continues to do well because I miss it every day. Definitely sign up if you are interested! MISS YOU GUYS!

Fantastic experience: I am so so sooooo pleased with Results Fitness. Without posting a long winded review. I will touch on some highlights of the gym. Not only is it affordable, with numerous workout classes, (no joke look online) they have equipment for all your needs. I love how clean the facility is (including bathrooms, showers, equipment, etc ) I love the location. The employees are VERY polite and helpful, over the phone and in person. I appreciate how ALL of the front desk staff says, Hello, and goodbye, making eye contact and not on their phones. They have a willingness to help. Including the staff around the gym. It is the little things like, putting a key holder up for keys, disinfecting spray, employees while working around the gym still smile. I absolutely HATED Equinox. The employees were always bothered by you asking questions, their manners reflected badly on the club, and it was horrendously expensive. Really happy with this club overall.

Fantastic experience: The gym is very large and has almost every type of fitness equipment you could need. It is almost never crowded and with the large selection of equipment I never have to wait for something to open up. I find the staff to be friendly and the place very clean.

Fantastic experience: Best pool and gym in the area: salt water pool, private showers and changing area, bathing suit dryer. Also has a private workout area for women. Great hours. I love it.

Fantastic experience: The best gym in the area. I can’t describe how amazing this gym is and its stuff is very high quialified. The zumba classes are amazing. There is not words to describe the motivation I got from the 360 and bodypump trainners. They are so passionate and good on what they do that you would never want to go to a different gym. Fantastic experience: Large and well-equipped gym. There is a ladies only area that I like using sometimes, particularly when the gym is crowded. The locker room (and the rest of the gym) is always very clean, and the staff is friendly.

His dedication to fitness and a healthy way of living is superb. Bob Shepherd runs a "well oiled machine". The equipment and staff are the best in the area and the salt water pool is a PLUS

Fantastic experience: I've been a gym rat for over 40 years and this is by far the best maintained gym I've attended in all that time. The indoor pool offers a relaxing aqua aerobic environment for laps or water Zumba. The hot tub and sauna are amazing stress relievers after a stressful day or a strenuous workout. The gym floor features state of the art strength training and cardio conditioning equipment. Even the pickiest of athletes has multiple choices for achieving their training results with multiple machines for each muscle group. The studios also feature incredible trainers with a variety of conditioning programs for spinners, pilates, Zumba and other specialized programs for every age group. I have been a member for over 13 years and I have never been disappointed by the management or staff.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, don't believe the one bad review. This place has been the top gym in the area for a long time. Changed from Golds but still the same great set up. Has the best variety of equipment and classes I've encountered and state of the art facility.

Fantastic experience: This was a Gold's Gym until October 2017. Everything seems the same and the transition was very smooth. I like this gym, it's large, convenient and has a lovely pool/spa/sauna area. The locker rooms have been recently renovated, and most of the dozens of exercise classes are free.
