Fantastic experience: Great personal coaching and instruction from excellent trainers! They are able to analyze what you are doing from across the room and fully explain the correct process. The workouts are REAL and the trainers know what they are teaching. Highly recommend TrueFit Training!

Fantastic experience: Took my first boxing/circuit class tonight up at TruFit & I loved it. Mac, Shea & everyone is awesome. I feel a huge sense of motivation after going & I absolutely know my goals are going to be met without a doubt!

Fantastic experience: Mac and Shea are the best there is if you are really looking to change your lifestyle. They meet each individuals specific needs and modify workouts/nutrition that will be best for you. If you train with them I promise you, you will push yourself harder than you ever thought possible.
