Fantastic experience: This place is awesome. The management, and front desk workers are very friendly and always greeting me when I come in. The club equipment is great and I find it very enjoyable to be a member here.

Fantastic experience: Gym has all the equipment you need. I typically will hit the cafe bar afterwards. They are currently under restricted hours due to low staff count but everyone has been great there. Very friendly and they actually know what I want every time I go there.

Fantastic experience: I joined Genesis mostly for the water classes. I have been very pleased with them. We have three awesome instructors and they each bring their own style to the class. They offer a wide variety of workouts. The equipment is good plus we just got some new items added. I go to water classes about 4-5 times a week. It’s a great workout! Thanks for offering these classes and thank you to the instructors for the awesome job they do!!

Fantastic experience: The club is excellent! Front end staff always greet me by name and say good by in a heartfelt manner. Towels are readily available and the locker room is well maintained. I often see the GM interacting with members. I utilize a personal trainer(John) who professionally guides me regarding proper form/technique while continually pushing me towards improvement. I also partake 3 times a week in Pilates Reformer classes. My instructor, Anne , is amazing. As a senior, maintaining flexibility and balance are as important as strength training. Anne has the experience, attitude and aptitude to incorporate all of these needs into a fun and focused session. Always treated with respect.

Positive experience: Good facility. Sauna and steam room are in the respective locker rooms. Hot tub(coed)

Fantastic experience: The cycle instructors are the best. Been cycling almost every day for over 10 years. Never a bad class. Joni, Anne, Elizabeth, Norm and Bel hard but always fun. Pilates with Anne has changed many things about my health, including repair of injuries that doctors have told me would never be repaired. Strongly recommend Pilates and with Anne.

Fantastic experience: Love getting in the sauna and having a nice soak in the jacuzzi after a workout! The location is great too, I can get my groceries right next door

Fantastic experience: We did several camp days over Christmas Break recently and it was a great way to keep my kiddo busy and active through a variety of physical and creative activities. The childcare area was organized and clean, and we’re looking forward to doing more camps over breaks in the future.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I’ve been to. Lizzy at the cafe is so sweet I highly recommend the coconut cream pie shake and the peanut butter energy balls!! Taco night is my favorite!

Fantastic experience: Great selection of cardio and weights. I usually go between 11am-3pm and I never have to wait for a machine. The locker room is clean and well maintained. There is always an abundance of clean towels and cleaning sprays. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was recently informed I could save on my family membership which worked out great! I am happy to give my highest recommendation for this club. I've been coming here for a few years and am very pleased with this facility and the results I have achieved.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at genesis for 2+ years now. I have loved every single part of it as this is a great gym! The front desk staff are great always welcoming and nice, as well as the management, Nick, Dalton, and Daniel all great guys who are great at their job and helped with any issues I’ve had. I would very much recommend this gym, Genesis is great!

Fantastic experience: I am not an active person or athlete, and I’m 69 and out of shape!! But I am so grateful to be at Genesis! I actually look forward to my forever fit class!! In joining, Rhonda was a big help and my orientation session with John B. was exceptional. Very appropriate in behavior and touch, (so important in this time), accepting of my limitations and friendly. This is a good place for me!!

Fantastic experience: I was visiting family for the holidays and needed a gym to be able to continue with my fitness goals, and Genesis was the spot! Dalton, Assistant Manager, was so helpful and accommodating! The entire front desk was friendly upon entering and helpful with any questions about the gym. Clean, sanitary, spacious, lots of amenities, and all the equipment one could need! Thank you Genesis East Olathe for taking care of me & my fitness!

Fantastic experience: The staff here really wants you to succeed on your fitness journey, whatever that may be! When the kids club was closed, the manager found a location where the kids club was open so I could still get my workout in! When I couldn’t afford personal training, but felt it would be the best start to my journey, they made it work for me! And the classes are a community you can’t pass up! Such a wonderful gym, I couldn’t possibly go any where else!

Fantastic experience: Plenty of new and well maintained equipment. Nice club with all the offerings. Just recently signed up and the experience was easy and pressure free. Looking forward to training here and getting to know people.

Jane’s yoga class is the best. She knows everyone by name. During the pandemic the class had a virtual happy hour on Fridays to get to know each other better and support each other.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place to work out! Great variety and quality of equipment, friendly and helpful staff (including management!), and other gym goers are nice and welcoming. As a woman, I feel completely comfortable going and working out here on a regular basis. I feel like I belong in every area of the gym, from free weights to the machines and group fitness room. Great value for a family membership too, thought we have been members for years (back when it was Prairie Life).

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for a couple months now, and I’m so glad I joined! I have done a variety of group classes and the instructors are great! They always have options for different fitness levels and answer any questions you have. My kids absolutely love the Kid Care, which makes going to workout so much easier! The preschool activities they do from 9-10:30 engage my 3 and 4 year old. The staff members are friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this gym!

The class schedules are very convenient for my own schedule. I love the barre, Pilates, yoga and forever fit classes. It’s nice to have the walking track upstairs to use whenever I want.

They also have a really nice cycle room, and a class called combo 6 which is boxing that is great. I really like all this location has to offer. I have recommended it to several people.

Club Manager, Thomas, was easy to work with and went above and beyond to communicate. On-site managers set the tone for staff and this club exceeds expectations.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality I've been a member at this location through 3 owners over the past 4 years. Genesis does a good job maintaining the facilities now. The place is clean and functional. I feel there is good value for what I pay.

The front desk and Kids Club staff were friendly and helpful with any questions. John B, their fitness manager is great & anyone looking to get a personal trainer should check this place out!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Clean place, friendly staff that isn't pushy and plenty of equipment. Equipment is well maintained. Prices are very competitive if not actually better than most gyms. They did great coming in and cleaning up from where Prairie Life was deficient.
