Fantastic experience: I got a gym membership back in May and was paired with Reuben Scott as a personal trainer. He was very motivating and encouraging throughout my training, and I decided to take on another 3 months of PT. It has changed my workout drastically. I feel like I got a workout and an education in one. The other gyms may have pools or tennis courts, but they don't have Reuben! Also, side note, Reuben's boot camp classes on Thursdays at 6:30 are the most intense workouts ever.

Fantastic experience: This is the best place to go when it come to variety of classes! I love they’re Zumba and dance classes the best! But they have yoga as well which is just what I’m looking for!

Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience at this gym. The welcome desk is so nice and everyone is very friendly. I have especially loved doing personal training with Reuben. He does great workouts and teaches how to have good form on everything. Once I am done with his workouts, I really feel like I have accomplished something! I would really recommend working with him.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here since it opened. Love this gym and the classes. It doesn't have the amenities of some clubs but a pool, courts and smoothie bar don't matter to me. The variety of fitness classes is goodand the instructors are great. Take any class from Allison B, Katie D, Sarah H, Rachel S or Andrea B - they are all great! Friendly staff...just a great overall fitness club if you're into working out without the fancy extras.

Fantastic experience: I recently switched to Gensis Health Clubs. I was thoroughly impressed with the positivity I was met with when I walked through the door. The club manager was beyond respectful and answered all of my questions. Even after getting the membership, I still had questions regarding upgrades to go to other gyms. The manager was very prompt in providing me answers. It was apparent that the club manager had my best interest in mind, specifically with my financial situation. That being said, I highly recommend this staff and gym.

Fantastic experience: Good gym. Sadly currently not 24/7 like it used to be, but I'll survive. Lou on the front desk is always nice to everyone coming in. Gym is always clean, at least early in the mornings and rarely ever too busy to get your workout in.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for years. There have been ups and downs but with the reopening I have been beyond happy with the professional and motivating environment. The morning gentleman Lou knows my name, notices when I miss and keeps everything clean and well stalked. It’s been a breath of fresh air to have a nice greeting every morning

Fantastic experience: Had some issues with my contact during the covid situation. Got a couple of over due payments and had to deal with some other stuff that was not so fun, but kept the membership and they worked with me to help as much as they could. This gym is great, they seem to have a new staff that are very friendly. They keep it clean and I couldn't feel more comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Been coming to this location for a few years now, and I have to say the customer service has significantly improved over time especially with the addition of Lou at the front desk. 3 years coming at the same time and he is the first one to remember my name and small details to ask about every morning. Makes a big difference in the overall gym experience.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of this Health club for over 15 years. To be completely honest it’s had its ups and downs over the years. I don’t remember the exact time frame but they hired a new employee by the name of Lou, who works the front desk area. He’s there almost every morning that I go and has a professional attitude and is just a pleasure to talk to from the time I get there to the time I leave. Keep on keeping on Lou!!

Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym for around 5 years. Never had a problem or complain, costumer service was ok until now that Lou Rice Is at the front desk, always have a smile on, he makes sure you are motivated for the day, you walk in and out and he is there, ready to greet you.

Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym for couple years now. Its been good. With Covid being a thing, really appreciate how many disinfectant spray bottles are around the gym. And with the recent addition of Lou Rice at the front desk in the mornings has been great. Being greeted with his enthusiasm is great especially for morning workouts!

Fantastic experience: The staff is amazing, women's lockers are always clean and on point. Classes are such a workout its insane!!! I had issues with my account, the manager was on it and is allowing me to make more payments until my account is up to date. This way I will not lose my membership and continue to come to the gym without any issues. Love this gym!!
