Fantastic experience: This is the first time in a long time that I've been able to commit to an exercise program for over 2 years. Not only do I continue to go, I've become addicted to it and actually like it. The trainers care about each client's individual needs, it shows when they work with each person. They remember the little things, like if you had a problem with your foot or one of your muscles is sore and they work with you as if you are an individual, even in the team settings.
