Fantastic experience: I am absolutely in love with this gym! The proprietor is an amazing and professional woman who is an excellent instructor. The gym has a wide selection of equipment and is very tidy. I appreciate the design of the gym. My favorite aspect is how much it has helped me become more self-assured. They prioritize empowering women and making the gym a place where women can exercise without feeling uncomfortable. Additionally, there are a lot of classes available. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Since joining Striking Beauties in March, I have been amazed at how strong and capable I have become. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the female members have become like a family. Every Wednesday the gym allows women who own their own businesses to present their services and merchandise. I was there this morning for a one-on-one session and I'll be back this evening for a boxing class.
