Strong Side CrossFit^®

Fantastic experience: I found Strong Side CrossFit through Groupon and have been going since. Everyone was very welcoming and also help to push/cheer you on during workouts. A smaller gym (which I love) with a great environment!

Fantastic experience: I started crossfit at Strongside hesitantly about 6 months ago. The people there immediately took me in and made me feel welcome. I am now going 4-5 times a week & love it! The coaches there are unbelievably knowledgeable and have helped me achieve many goals & pr's. The people & coaches at Strongside are by far the most humble, motivating & supportive people I've ever met. Classes are organized, well run & meet all fitness levels. This is the best gym with the best people & coaches. Friendship & fitness at its finest!

Fantastic experience: My experience at Strong Side Crossfit is always great. The coaches are approachable and energetic, there is never a lack equipment here because try to keep each class smaller for better coaching. It has been really beneficial while I was perfecting my clean.
