Fantastic experience: Coach was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the class. They did a great job of making all “drop-ins” feel very welcome. Clean facility. Cold towels are a game changer. Workout was brutal. Lol.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing facility The owners Preston and Ashley are awesome people and treated me like family from the moment i walked in. Programming is great, coaching is great, gym is organized well and Equipment is clean as well as the bathrooms. Gym has a great aesthetic and atmosphere. If you are in the Destin area don't hesitate to drop in!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended this Crossfit gym, it's the best in the area by far. It is so conveniently located and truly offers something for everyone. I was instantly asked about my goals and really felt that they wanted me to succeed. Whether your just trying to get a sweat in or looking to take your training to the next level, this is the place to go! All of the coaches are highly experienced and knowledgeable on movements and they even have a nutritionist on staff! So glad found this gym.

Fantastic experience: This gym is a must visit if you are in the local area! The coaches are knowledgable and friendly, the equipment set up is incredible, and the community is top notch! Also, this gym is spotless which is a must for me! They are conveniently located central to Miramar Beach and Destin! The programming is challenging but the coaches were able to scale everything accordingly for me when needed. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to get fit and be apart of a great community!
