CrossFit^® Red Empire

Fantastic experience: I've had my first workout at CrossFit Red Empire, and I'll definitely be making this a regular stop for great individual coaching. Coaches Drew and Lexi made certain that my form was perfect prior to adding resistance, and then they continued helping me with form and cheering me along the way. You can expect a very individualized program for any fitness level from beginner to advanced. They were great at modifying for a prior injury as well and were very knowledgeable. I left with my goals met: a challenging workout without injuring myself. I highly recommend them!
