CrossFit^® Rising Tide

Fantastic experience: CrossFit at CrossFit Rising Tide is different than some other CrossFit gyms. It's done the way it should be, safely, energetically, and with a high level of care and direction from the staff and trainers. Whether you've never been in the gym before, or your looking for your next challenge, this gym is for you. I know CrossFit, I am a gym owner myself, and not all gyms are created equal. But this is one that you can go to and be in the hands of knowledgable, caring and trustworthy trainers and community.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely, hands down, the kindest group of people. I loved so many things about this gym- Kathryn and Roger are such a duo... the willingness to help, the understanding of schedules (for my drop-in open gym times), the pride in the facility and its members, the always watchful eye to congratulate its members on great form and give extra and really personal encouragement. The members were so welcoming and open to a new person, the weekly drop-in rate was awesome, the fun shirts (I got the one with the octopus!) and the list goes on. Kathryn and Roger were so helpful, accommodating and responsive to the needs of a drop-in and my fluctuating and busy schedule. I loved the return to basics at this gym, things were real, communal, authentic and focused. Loved every bit of it. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Dropped in for one WoD at the end of July, 2020, and was very impressed. Coach was refreshingly chill, great at explaining the mechanics of our workout, and offered helpful pointers during the strength portion. I liked the honor system with reporting and logging our workout results (for both strength and metcon). Also, there is an adorable dog at the box (max) that chases his toys while you do your workout. What more could you want?

Positive experience: Nice medium sized crossfit gym. Lots of equipment, and staff were very helpful. They also sell merchandise, and allow you to keep track of all your scores and progress via their online system, which is accessed as you are working out!

Fantastic experience: Knowledgeable coaches, wonderful gym, amazing and welcoming community. Whether you've never touched a barbell in your life or you're a regular competitor at local events, you will love this gym!
