Fantastic experience: Impact Fitness is a welcoming exercise environment for all. Owner Scott Fleurant greets many of us by name as we arrive. The entire staff works hard to make you feel part of a fitness community. I am 70 years old and never feel uncomfortable doing my routines. In fact, I get a lot of encouraging comments from the younger members working out while I am there. Personal trainer Kristi is especially knowledgeable working with seniors and helps me vary my routine to get maximum benefits towards reaching my goals. The facility at The Lincoln Lofts is first class. And the costs are very reasonable. Scott offers many classes for those wanting group experiences. I recommend Impact Fitness to anyone wanting a more personal experience in a gym.

Fantastic experience: The place is now in the Lincoln Hotel building so forget about the other comments. I came all the way from Quebec city to try the place!! Ok maybe not... but I had 1 week of vacation and still wanted to do my training. They offer A 1 week subscription which is awesome and the girl at the reception event gave me a quick tour of the place. It's very clean and well organized. Definitely recommended!

Positive experience: If you are looking to lift weights, this is the spot for you. It has all the necessary equipment - squat racks, iron, bars, and strongman equipment - that you need to get the job done. It has a classic '90s vibe that you can imagine Ronnie Coleman lifting in. However, if you are looking for something other than weightlifting, you should go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: I am delighted with the environment, machines, proprietor, staff, and so forth. As a professional mountain bike racer, the instruction, equipment, competition charges, sustenance, travel expenses and all the other details can accumulate quickly. I know different competitors and companions who are paying twice as much for a gym membership to get to the same hardware and the high roof space. I have even done some light exercises here while pregnant, and no one gave me any trouble, mostly just thumbs up and support. It is a great community.

Fantastic experience: Was visiting Old Orchard beach a few weeks ago and needed a place to workout. All the places I reached out to either didn’t respond or didn’t have an option for a day or week pass, except for Impact. This gym has everything I needed and more. Scott went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed and was just all around a great guy! Recommend this to anyone who needs a gym to train at for the week, or full time!

Fantastic experience: I was reluctant to leave my YMCA membership after 2 years of loyalty, however joining Impact Fitness was the best decision I've made for my personal health and fitness in years. Superb facility with ample training options from free-weights, machines to personal trainers and classes. Professional staff and welcoming, non-judgemental culture. The owner is completely passionate and dedicated to his vision. Grateful to have such a gem in the neighborhood.

Fantastic experience: A great gym environment with a variety of equipment for every style of exercise enthusiast. Scott (the owner) has expanded to offer classes and has certified trainers on his team. The membership is affordable, as well. I am a college student and am not breaking to bank to be here. Love it!
