Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience with the swim classes at the YMCA. My daughter is much more comfortable in the water and is more confident in her abilities. The swim instructor was very engaging and patient with the children. I cannot wait to sign my daughter up for more lessons and see her confidence continue to grow!

Fantastic experience: Spoke with Shaune on the phone. He communicated effectively, answered my questions (there were many!) and provided excellent Membership Representation to me as a previous member (no longer a member). RFW has my heart and always will. Thank you, Shaune!!!

Fantastic experience: Fabulous gym. Great Zumba classes. Dian is the best Zumba instructor ever. I would be there every week, if my job allowed. A wonderful place to get fit.

Fantastic experience: Adrianne was wonderful helping me get started on a few machines yesterday even though I didn’t have an appointment. She was being pulled in several directions but was polite and helpful to both “walk ins” ensuring we felt valued and welcomed and set up a Smart Start appointment for me with Maria for a more extensive orientation. Maria was fantastic with my Smart Start Session, taking time to explain each machine to me, making sure I understood how to make the adjustments, demonstrating how to use them, ensuring good form for best results and to avoid injury, stressing intentionality and mindfulness during the exercises and suggesting minor corrections to my form when appropriate. She was very caring and professional and seemed to genuinely be happy I was there and encouraging. She answered all my questions and ensured the staff would be available in the future to support me. A GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Fantastic experience: So far, so good. Only been to the pool twice, but very accommodating. Just wish they had a pool at the West Point, Va location. The drive is 25 miles one way!
