Swimming Pool At Lake St. Clair Metro Park

Fantastic experience: Refreshing family dip in the Metro Beach pool. Water felt amazing wasn't too crowded locker room was clean staff was attentive and kind.

Positive experience: Nice clean pool; my kids always have fun. The water slide is nothing crazy, but still enjoyable. There are also climbing walls and an obstacle course in the deeper section of the pool. However if they are understaffed with lifeguards, they may not open that area. The main pool is between 4 and 5 feet deep, with shallower areas sectioned off for todderlers and at the bottom of the slide. Plenty of lounge chairs to relax in, poolside, however, they did remove them during the height of the pandemic, but have been back for the last year or so.

Positive experience: Good price. Needs more life jackets available since they won't let you use your own flotation devices & when it's busy they run out. Nice amount of lifeguards but they need better bullhorns bc they're barely heard over the noise of the people. Pool probably needs to be cleaned more often. Last time I visited my kids & I were finding black smudges of dirt on us while we were in the water.

Fantastic experience: This is our go to place! We love this park! Beautiful and clean with parks and splash pad, beach is always nice and pool is heated!

Fantastic experience: Bought a park pass for 40 dollars. Swimming in the pool is 5 dollars. Swimming in the lake is free!! great views. Music from some can be loud at times but overall great park. Will be back.
