The owner, Greg, is very knowledgeable about the supplements and always willing to help you pick what's right for your goals. I highly recommend training here especially if you are looking to do a competition.

Fantastic experience: I loved this gym when I attended. The people were nice and the clients getting to choose the music choice was really nice. Sometimes I was a little crowded because so many people wanted to work out at "gym rush hour", but all the people were really nice. The 24/7 hours allow you to work out when you want to and have time. I loved working out there 10 out of 10 would recommend if you are a serious gym individual!
