Fantastic experience: I joined this gym as part of an advertised challenge. I never expected to love it as much as I do! I love just walking in and the trainers have already designed a VERY CHALLENGING workout. No more wandering the gym wondering what to do next or pay extra membership dues to join classes. The trainers here are obsessed with correct form. Pay attention to all members and give guidance and correction, if needed, the entire workout. The encouragement by the trainers and other members make me get out of bed and make it to the gym. :)

Fantastic experience: The trainers here are fantastic. The classes they teach are challenging and fun. The trainers pay attention to your form and put extra focus on helping you correct and strengthen your areas of weakness. The extras they offer (nutrition programs, personal training, mobility workshops, running workshops, etc) really make this gym stand out. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Our family has been working with the trainers for years (at a previous gym). The trainers are attentive and caring. They will push you to the limit, and correct your form to reduce injury. If you have limitations, they find ways to work around them so you still get a good workout.

Fantastic experience: Focus Health & Fitness is a newer gym in Woodstock which just opened recently. It is a wonderfully clean energetic center with brand new equipment. While I have only met one trainer, there seems to be a friendly energy with many opportunities for training sessions as well as an open gym with membership.
