Bodyplex Fitness Winder

Positive experience: Been looking for a gym for a while now and I’m glad to have found this gym close to home. The staff is great, very welcoming. The environment feels just right too. The machines and equipment are well up to date and always clean. The gym in general stays organized as well. Really enjoying coming to this gym. Sucks how busy it gets in the afternoons, since it can get kind of crowded, but would prefer that then to go somewhere else.

Positive experience: It's a great gym. Lots of equipment and lots of space to move around. My only complaint is I wish there were more free weight benches and barbell bench press stations. It's not a good idea to have just a single flat bench press available when that's the most popular lift.

Fantastic experience: Bodyplex in Bethlehem has a great Silver Sneakers Program. My husband and I joined to improve our overall health. We have lost weight, gained muscle and have more energy, in addition to meeting some very nice people. Our instructor, Todd, is great at pushing us to do our best while encouraging us to listen to our body and safely do what is within our individual range. And, Silver Sneakers is free through most Advantage medical plans. Hope to see you there!
