Fantastic experience: Great gym! High quality equipment, good hours and staff. Family owned and operated. They offer some great services in addition to standard gym access like fitness classes, personal training, IV therapy, and hormone replacement therapy.

Fantastic experience: For someone as picky as me, the cleanliness, the smell and the order in a gym are non negotiable. Forge-Rx has all of that plus friendly staff, every kind of machines you need for your workout, and the atmosphere is really cool. Not to mention my personal trainer Evan who has made me enjoy working out (never ever did it before). All the staff is super friendly! Forge-Rx is the best!

Fantastic experience: Been going for close to a month now and this is without a doubt the best gym I've been to , I've been to about 4 different commercial gyms in the last 5ish years around the Winder area and this gym just has it all and more. Trust me when I say that you don't get a better offer anywhere else, $25 a month for a gym that has equipment you wouldn't find at other gyms at the same price. There's even availability for personal trainers and nutritional coaching (from what I've seen) and even hormone therapy overseen by a doctor! (where else would you find that?) People here are some of the friendliest and welcoming I've seen at a gym and you won't have to deal with over crowded equipment and rowdy crowds. Yes, the gym itself isn't as giant as a LA Fitness or a Lifetime but if you're in the search for a more than reasonably priced gym that has everything you'd need then this is the best gym in the area.

Fantastic experience: Always very clean, great environment. Front desk is always super helpful. Straight forward membership, no hidden fees. Had to cancel because I moved and process was super simple!

Fantastic experience: I like it. Nice people, nice facility. Conveniently located. Good stuff. Just needs to be open longer on the weekend. Closed at 2pm on Sunday? Come on man, I can't always make it early.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoying this gym. The staff is helpful and friendly. Might be the cleanest gym I have even been to. Equipment ranges from machines to squat racks and deadlift platform, so there is something for all experience levels.

The gym is always clean and the staff is super nice; Evan is so considerate and really cares about helping you achieve your goals. Fantastic experience: I normally couldn’t afford a gym membership after the crazy way 2021 started, but thankfully the door opened and Forge-Rx was priced perfectly for our budget, and the child care is 5 star and takes such good care of my little man. To sum this up. I’m very happy with this gym and I highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: 5 out of 5. They’re always consistent and have been for the few years I’ve been coming. Staff is always friendly and kind. Facility is always clean and well up kept. I had pleasure to work with Sarah, a remote trainer. In this day and age of technology it was seamless. She was engaging and held me accountable. We got to leverage different apps to track work outs and nutrition. There are also other great trainers on premise. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: Shoutout to Evan Pohl at Forge-Rx!! I came across an ad on FB for a 21 day challenge. I went ahead and decided to do it. I had lost a good bit due to getting off a medication that had blown me up, treating some medical conditions, and some life style changes. But I had around 10 stubborn lbs I COULD NOT get rid of. Evan has been super helpful and knowledgeable, and most important to me, being educated and experienced, being able to help those like myself with health issues and medications to lose. That’s such a big problem that I know many understand. I didn’t just lose, but I did in a healthy and balanced way. One that is sustainable, unlike things I’ve tried in the past. I did had difficulty losing at 1st. I seriously thought my body was done. But Evan, you went above and beyond to help adjust things as needed and help me reach my goal and tone. The confidence in myself to maintain has increased. Whether you want to lose, want to gain, to maintain, whatever it is, Evan can get you there. If you need a trainer and health coach, Evan can hook you up. The gym is mad clean and everyone is super sweet. Thanks so much!!!

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out! Very spacious and has all the things you need

Fantastic experience: I have NEVER been a gym person. I have always been active but, mainly outdoors or in a yoga class. My husband joined LTF in 2015 so he could use the pool and we paid a little extra for me to become a member. I went a handful of times and just couldn’t get motivated. I just didn’t feel like I fit in. And being 35 minutes from home it wasn’t convenient. So, when I approached Evan at ForgeRx I didn’t know what to expect. I’ve always been thin but, I really want to be strong and toned. And I had concerns about Going to classes and not fitting in. I have to say. It’s only been since Feb 10th but, I love it. I look forward to going and I really enjoy the people I get to work out with. No one makes me feel less than and we are all working to be healthy. It’s all about fitness and nutrition and no one cares or notices if my clothes match or if I’m wearing designer clothes. I love Becca. She is awesome at training and motivating me. She pushes me but not so much that I won’t return. Evan really knows his stuff too. My first day he gave me a cheat sheet on diet. Things I should eat and what to avoid. He discussed protein at every meal and he follows up with me. But, he is a realist and he doesn’t make me feel bad about throwing in the odd piece of chocolate in my diet. And they have CHILDCARE ! What a blessing! They are wonderful and my daughter has fun. And childcare is CLEAN. I see the young lady constantly with the wipes cleaning all the tables and toys. I already feel healthier and my muscles feel tighter. I enjoy going and I’m glad I can go there without interruption and work on me for a small part of the day. And I love that I can workout knowing my daughter is safe and happy.

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed the Yoga Vinyasa flow class with Claire which is now open to the public for $10. $5 if you need childcare.

Fantastic experience: Love it here. Been a member for 2 months now and it's great. Very clean, big and open, and what makes it the best is everything is always available. Meaning not only do they only have excellent equipment and always well upkept, there's never a crowd!! And I can't tell you what it means to get a solid work out with out being crowed by others. By far my favorite gym.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym for a month now and my kids love the daycare and actually look forward to going into their classroom with their teachers. I love the classes and my instructors. Evan and Becca are so welcoming and I love that they encouraged me in every class to push myself and correct my technique if I’m doing something that could potentially injure me. Also the members are so nice the first day I got in there everybody made me feel welcomed and when we are doing exercises together they cheer me up and push me to finish strong. I’m so glad I join a gym with this atmosphere of helping and cheering you on. Best decision I made this year so far (the gym is super clean and they keep everything very organized which is a plus)

It was recommended to me by two people experienced in the local fitness industry, and my own experience there has me recommending it to my friends. A place where each person is accepted in whatever shape s/he arrives, where encouragement, knowledge, and a supportive community are the tools to achieving the next steps in a healthier life.

I have been going to gyms most of my life and never enjoyed exercising in any of them, atmosphere is everything to me when I go to exercise it helps put me in the right frame of mind. Everything here is top notch from equipment to the trainers. I never used trainers until I joined Forge and its made all the difference in the world to my overall health and physique. I attend the semi-private classes with Cody and have never had a bad workout. I've never felt pushed to do an exercise that I wasn't comfortable with, I'm 47 and I don't need to be injuring myself, the trainers know my limitations and strengths and build my workouts around that. Staff is super friendly and always helpful. I moved over the summer but still drive out of my way to attend classes and exercise at Forge. I would never do this with any other gym. A huge thank you to the men and ladies of Forge!

Fantastic experience: The remote training and nutrition option that Forge-Rx offers has been awesome for finding balance with my food intake and exercise. The area I live in doesn't have a gym/trainers with a more forward-thinking, flexible nutrition mindset like Forge-Rx does, so the remote training option has been amazing for incorporating balance and a healthy relationship with food into my every day life (no matter where I live)! My coach, Evan, writes my workouts and adjusts my macros as needed. I track my intake, make sure to hit my micronutrients, get my workouts in and enjoy social dinners and fun treats without stressing over it! I just wish I had gotten on board with this program when I was a bride preparing for a wedding. This lifestyle has redefined what balance and health means to me.

Fantastic experience: This place has become my 2nd home!! The coaches are amazing! The classes are challenging but in a good way! The other members are friendly and they push you and encourage you just as much as the coaches do! Its a family atmosphere! The facility is very nice and always clean! Love it!
