Fantastic experience: Caroline’s classes are excellent. They are planned to be consistent but with variations. She explains the postures and their purposes, and though the classes are rigorous (which is good), she herself is friendly with a good sense of humor. She makes time for new comers but keeps up the program for those of us who have been coming for months.
