Fantastic experience: This is a real gym. Your experience level does not matter. Whether you’ve been training for a day or ten years, you will get more out of this place than any other in the DMV. They have a month to month membership, or you can pay per class. No contract. The sparring is great here, as is the novice instruction. Dean is a living legend; there’s a reason the reviews are so good!

Fantastic experience: Great place to workout and learn how to fight/box/kickbox/etc. It flies a bit under the radar but the two main coaches are amazing and personal training is great for helping you achieve your fitness goals. It's a good place to get built if you want as well and people are friendly. Only it's a bit small so classes tend to be packed depending on which days you choose. Boxing ring and equipment are great and you can buy all the stuff you need there. Beginners are very welcome and classes are separated for different skill groups.

Fantastic experience: Just moved to the area and was a little hesitant to get back into boxing after a very long time off. The staff and classmates are all great here. If you are looking for a gym that will motivate you, get you in shape and teach you good technique, I definitely recommend this gym. Staff is dedicated to the craft, care about their clients success and will meet you at whatever level you are at. Check out the drop in class and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.
