CrossFit^® Route 7

Fantastic experience: A fantastic place with a fantastic vibe. I love to go there. The 7fit classes were amazing but the CrossFit classes are even better

Fantastic experience: My husband and I were in town visiting family and were looking for a place to drop-in when we came across CF Route 7. Anastasia was amazing! My husband lifted during their open gym time and I jumped into the wod with their 430pm class. We loved this box- if we were local, this would be the one we joined, no questions asked. When you walk in the doors, you feel like you’ve been part of their community for years. 10 out of 10 for sure!

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Route 7 is a special place! The coaches at CrossFit Route 7 are knowledgeable, patient, passionate, and positively motivating. They prioritize safety and are adept at both seeing and correcting form errors. The coaches also have a keen sense of nuance in how to treat each individual athlete. AND, there is also the bonus of a sweet surprise at CrossFit Route 7. There is an incredible and hard working community here that is welcoming, supportive, and genuinely kind!

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is really nice, and it's always motivating to do the WOD with the rest of the group. I've always had a positive experience here. Would definitely recommend it if you want to get fit with a group of like minded individuals.
