Fantastic experience: I like that is instructor driven and the workouts vary day to day to keep the experience fresh. For goal driven personalities, I love the HR monitor and the challenges to keep you accountable to making progress at your own pace. So the ability to set our own goals and track your own progress at your own pace is a plus. Lastly the community sense of the staff, how they get to know you makes the experience very personable.
