Fantastic experience: I love LOVE coming here. The classes are fast paced so I don't get bored or overwhelmed with the struggle of the moves. The teachers are the perfect combination of supportive and corrective. It's easy to get to, lots of class options. I've taken classes with maybe 6 different teachers and they've all been great. I walk out of the workout feeling my body burning, but not the exhausted tired that leaves me feeling weak all day. I just feel stronger.
