Fantastic experience: Boutique, professional gym with really top notch equipment, specifically tiered to athletes needs. A step beyond the general wellness you find in other gyms. Exactly what I was looking for. The owner is super nice and a former profesional athlete himself.

Fantastic experience: I came to Blair at a time when I was almost ready to give up. I had knee surgery and had been attempting to rehab on my own for two years. Nothing I did made a major difference. I was near resigned to the fact that my days of sports or even being active were over. I did my research and found Blair. 15 min into my first session I immediately felt like I had come to the right place. The knowledge was obvious from the jump and my goals and his background aligned perfectly. Blair was familiar with the exact movements I was unable to perform and how to train them. A month in and I’ve made dramatic progress. The range of motion and stability have come a long way. The added confidence has also allowed me be more active so I’m back to running! Thank you Blair, I’ll be recommending Lead any chance I get and look forward to working with you again.

They are highly engaged with their clients, and are dedicated to helping people achieve their training/fitness goals.
