Fantastic experience: Joining this gym was easily one of the best decisions I made. I went here for almost a year before moving. The kickboxing classes are a great place to begin (coach Jon was great). Not as scary as you might expect, it’s a really easy-going atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym for around a year now and can't say I've had any real complaints. The coaches here are professional and aim to help you learn from their classes and implement them in actual sparing matches. Feel there's something for everyone here ranging from the weights to the bags I always find something new to do everytime I work out.

Fantastic experience: I joined UFC Gym Rocklin in 2018 and have never been disappointed. For the longest time I participated in kickboxing and conditioning classes. I found both valuable in their own right, but kickboxing is my favorite. I took a break for back surgery and when I returned my coach changed my focus to core weightlifting to strengthen my back and core of course. So that is what I do twice a week with a great coach. Did I mention I am 74 years old? My back is stronger than ever and I am lifting weights I never considered possible for a guy of my age and surgical history. The gym is great for men, women and children. They have great coached for everyone. The monthly cost is extremely reasonable for all of the classes you want. Personal training is extra. Justin Wall, the GM is a sweetheart knows his stuff. My coach is James Irvin and I consider him the absolute best. Both are former MMA fighters. Most of the coaches are either former or active fighters. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism , Quality It’s very clean, they have excellent equipment, and the staff is phenomenally trained and gives superb training tools that help everyone! You are not a number here. They take pride in each person as an individual and come alongside you to help you become your best!!

Fantastic experience: My 8 year old Daughter has been going here for a little over a month and is learning so much. Her confidence has improved dramatically and the staff has been so positive in her development. She loves working with coach hector and coach kito!

Fantastic experience: I did my 15 day trial last year and I absolutely loved it!! I finally decided to join the UFC family this year and I couldn't be happier about it. This gym offers a variety of classes, caters to all sizes and ages, and is very inclusive and welcoming towards beginners. So far I have attended DUT(Daily Ultimate Training) with Kristin and Hector and kickboxing with Orion. All of the coaches have been friendly, informative, and very welcoming. I am excited for my journey with UFC Rocklin.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. The kid’s program is so great. My 7 year old is having a blast in his kickboxing classes. Also, the schedules overlap in a cool family style so I can do my class while he does his and we can cheer each other on. The vibe is just really cool too. I’m remembered when I walk in the door and treated like I’ve been a longtime member and friend even though we’re still new. I love this gym!

Fantastic experience: We have been UFC members for over two years now. UFC GYM is offering us something that no other gym ever did, classes for the entire family. Learning MMA sports together has been amazing, as it is not just about getting a good workout but also acquiring skills. We love the conditioning, kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and MMA classes. Privates are also available. So nice be doing an MMA or Jiu Jitsu class with my wife while our kid is doing a kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the same gym. We all love Rocklin UFC.

Fantastic experience: I do not have ENOUGH good things to say about this gym. My wife and I joined this gym about 6 months ago. My wife loves kickboxing but I am normally a traditional gym guy, especially if they have some dynamic workout equipment as well. I was hesitant at first to join but I love it! Not only are the classes stellar and a great workout, but for those days that I really want to leg press and do box jumps, or bench press-- they have that for me as well. Although my son isn't old enough to participate in the classes, the kids seem to love their instructors and have a fun time in the youth classes working out. Which brings me to my last point. If families come here, you know it must do a stellar job of building community. When you walk in, someone here will know your name-whether it be Bill, an instructor, or a friend you have made in your class. I would highly recommend this gym for all your fitness needs.

Fantastic experience: All the staff hear are very helpful and friendly. Gym is always clean and sanitized. Enough equipment and gear to get the job done and much more if desired. You cannot beat the prices for the amount of classes and physical activity you are able to partake in.

Fantastic experience: What a great fitness & martial arts gym - my sons best friend from Western Sierra Collegiate Academy signed up - its hard to keep a 10th grader excited with all the video games - but he now come 4 times within the 8 days - they have a great family plan - so this 51 year old/young chiropractor has also signed up and have had an awesome workout in now 2 classes - the instructors really care and enjoy teaching all aspects of UFC - I will be enrolling all 4 of my kids - 7th -8th -10th & 10th grade - the main manager Bill and his team really care and make fitness and UfC fun- many of my patients have recommended this gym and I have found something for my 10th grader and I to do now that he has hit Eagle Scout - this is our next family thing to do - check out this place - Dr Steve

Fantastic experience: 12/6/17: I'm updating my review today. I love this gym! The professional trainers are very nice and really do a great job teaching an amateur like me the basics of kickboxing. My trainer, James Irvin, is very focused and patient with me. I can tell he puts in 100% effort in training me. This is definitely a professional MMA gym! I was really looking forward to joining this gym and so far, I have not even been able to do my starter session training with a coach. I joined on November 10th and was scheduled for my first session with Mike for the following Wed. I got a text reminder but didn't think I needed to double check the date. When I got to my session, I was told it was actually booked for Nov. 8th, which is two days before I even became a member, so that's impossible. The girl who signed me up scheduled me wrong and I understand mistakes happen. The first reschedule was no big deal. So I was put on the calendar for the coming Sat morning. I got a text early Sat morning from James stating he had to reschedule me and that he would contact me later that day. No contact. So I contacted him on Sunday to reschedule. I was rescheduled again to today, Monday at 7pm. I thought it would be with James but got a text today from Kyle that he needed to reschedule the session with me because nobody asked him first if he was available and he wasn't available. Long story short, i have already been rescheduled 3 times and am getting frustrated. I hope to update this review to more than 1 star if I can finally get what I paid for!
