Crunch Fitness - Rocklin

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for a few months now and work out 6 days a week and love it! Does get pretty busy on Monday's but I have still managed to get the machines I like to use when I am ready to use them. :)

Fantastic experience: Great price with all the equipment needed. Staff are friendly. Place is clean and does not smell like most other gyms.

Positive experience: Great service.Great place/space. Love the Kids area! Only thing is Floor been dirty since I started working out here. Like they never vacuum. Animal fur all over around benches and machines. Already let them know and seems the same. Only have 1 working water fountain and supposedly it has been recently renewed. Will edit this comment when they vacuum all that allergenic stuff.

Positive experience: Great place to workout and the trainers are awesome! I just wish they had more fans to cool the place down when it's hot outside. Especially in the front alcove. It gets extra hot over there. But other great! They have every piece of equipment you could ever need!

Fantastic experience: The price is good for what you get, classes and equipment use, they have a lot of it. If you love zumba Trivia is the best, You don't have to be a pro to do it, it's for all levels, gender end age is not an issue either

Fantastic experience: I find that all the staff at Crunch Rocklin are very friendly and welcoming when I come in and again when I leave. The maintenance and cleaning on the equipment is excellent, especially with the COVID19.

Fantastic experience: Crunch in Rocklin is a great gym! I recently moved here from San Jose, and was looking for something similar to City Sports gym where I went while living there. I stopped by Crunch and got a tour, and it’s exactly what I was looking for. The area with free weights and machines is perfect for getting in a good workout without anyone bothering you or having to wait for a station. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you. The clientele is respectful and courteous, and the whole gym is clean. They encourage you to clean the equipment when you are done. They also stress distancing from other members all over the place. The bonus: it’s much cheaper than my old gym, but then again, most everything here is compared to the Bay Area. If this sounds like what you value in a gym, then I highly recommend that you check out Crunch Fitness!

Fantastic experience: For a discount fitness club this is as good as it gets. The equipment is well kept, there is a room for group exercise, lots of cardio equipment, and plenty of weight training machines. The staff is very friendly and the bathrooms were fairly clean.

Fantastic experience: The place is big. Plenty of equiptments for cardio, weights for body building and many more. People are nice especially the associates. The monthly dues are affordable. The location is near the freeway. Its good place for those who wanted life changes.

Fantastic experience: I joined the Rocklin Crunch about a month ago. I had been out of the gym since March due to the lockdown, but decided it was time to go back. I actually selected the gym on line because of the value—rock bottom membership and no signing fee. I wasn’t expecting much as in my opinion it is a discount gym price, was I ever surprised! The gym has exactly what I need. I mostly use weights, and the free weights are quality, new, and matching. The weight machines are modern, maintained, and solid. For the price I’m paying per month, I’d say this gym is three times what I was expecting. Put another way, it would still be a good deal at three times the price I’m paying. The staff are friendly and I’ve yet to try the massage chairs. For my needs, this gym is the best value I’ve ever seen.

Fantastic experience: I just started going here recently. I've never had a problem with equipment not being available or with overcrowding. I also use the child care and I haven't had issues with that either. Prices are reasonable (unlike some gyms). Works for me as a place to get a workout in!

Fantastic experience: I love all of the crunch’s around here! The only thing that I don’t like is the lack of consistency of their equipment. For example Citrus Heights has decline bench. Granite bay has plate loaded bench Machines and a lot of great back workout machines. Why can’t rocklin have more of the bench options that all the others offer. And also I have been asking for a v- bar for the passed two years and never get it. But all in all. Crunch is one of the best gyms around, friendly staff and very clean!

Fantastic experience: Terrific value for the cost of membership when it comes to general fitness needs. Plenty of cardio equipment, free weights, machines (including lots of the adjustable multi-use cable machines!), functional fitness area, etc. Locker rooms are basic and clean, and even during peak busy times - which are inevitable at any gym - you can usually find a small space to claim for your own workout. Staff is friendliest of any of the local Crunch locations and always make us feel very welcome!

Fantastic experience: The best gym deal around!! I’ve been locked into other pricey memberships. I don’t need the fancy day spa atmosphere and high prices. I just want to work out and not break my pocket book. I love the flexibility of the membership and hours. I’m able to freeze the membership when I leave for the summer. I have utilized the personal trainers and taken some of the classes they offer. This gym has lots of equipment. I am always able to get on every device without waiting. Customer service is great. I usually go in evenings. I have had issues with not knowing how to use some devices and Sean is always willing to take the time to help me out. Great staff and good people. Love this GYM!!

Fantastic experience: I'm from four hours south of Rocklin, but visit at least 4 weeks a year and this is a great gym. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here since March 19 2016. The employees are great and help me without any problems. I ask questions and they help me threw it. $10 a month is a steal for all the great equipment and the times open are a perfect fit for anyone. The mens locker rooms are clean and well maintain. Overall a great place to work out.

Fantastic experience: Pretty solid place. I haven't experienced what the people wrote about in the comments below, they are probably just cranky. Overall I like it, plenty of machines and Crunch doesn't gouge you on the membership prices.

Fantastic experience: Gym is amazing! The equipment is clean, very affordable, classes were great and for the great price your paying for what your getting it's way more than just a bargain. It's a steal of a deal!
