CrossFit^® Eonian

Fantastic experience: When I joined I had zero experience with CrossFit. I was nervous about joining but coach Scott makes joining the CrossFit family an easy transition. I highly recommend Eonian CrossFit.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I joined four months ago and it has been fantastic. I have been doing CrossFit for about five years and my wife is new to it. I have been to two other CrossFit gyms and they were fine, but Eonian is different. The coach is mature, knowledgeable, knows how to run a business, and has created an environment where everyone and every age range is welcomed. I have PR’d more WODs, my technique is getting better (overcoming five years of bad habits is tough), and the coach pushes me hard, but not in a way that I will injure myself. CrossFit is a great sport and this gym will ensure you’re healthy and fit to continue doing this for years to come.

Fantastic experience: I have been doing Dave's bootcamp for about 9 months. I am stronger than I have ever been, and I have made some awesome friends. The people are amazing, and Dave does a great job keeping the workouts interesting and changing things up. He also offers meal plans catered to your likes, and meal prep (hello, no cooking!). This place is very welcoming to people of all levels!

Fantastic experience: Coach Dave at Freedom Fit Rocklin runs an amazing boot camp and is very professional and knowledgeable. His classes are both fun and effective for any fitness level. He also provides meal planning services, food prep and personal training. I encourage anyone seeking a welcoming gym atmosphere to try a class.
