Fantastic experience: The trainers here are world class and the classes are challenging but fun.The equipment is state of the art and there is always enough during the classes. If you are looking for results: getting fit, lean, toned, gaining mass, want a six pack - this is the place to be. Just try a class and you will want to keep coming back.
