Fantastic experience: 허리를 다쳐서 시작한 운동이었습니다. 코치님이 너무 친절하시고 왜 아픈지를 속 시원히 알려주셔서 이제는 운동하는 재미에 빠져버렸습니다. 스튜디오도 너무 깨끗하고 그룹 클래스에는 사람이 많지 않아 집중할수 있게 도와주십니다. 물론 개인운동도 가능하니 개인적으로 운동 자체를 처음 하시는분이라면 1~3달정도는 개인피티을 추천합니다. 이제는 재미 있어서 제가 더 하려고 노력중입니다.
Fantastic experience: Highly recommend flex and relax work out with coach Sean. He takes care of what you need to work out and encourage you to improve your physical strength. There is a trial session before you can actually start so meet with him and talk more details about your body health.
Fantastic experience: I’m 29 yo and for the last 6 years my job has been sitting down in front of a computer for extremely long hours. Since I’m young I thought I was doing fine, until I did a fitness evaluation with Sean at Flex N’ Relax and I realized how much mobility and flexibility my body had lost without me realizing it. I have now been training here for 6 months and the changes have been incredible. I’ve reclaimed the mobility of my body and I feel better than ever. Sean is extremely knowledgeable in how the body works and how each type of exercise will have positive impact in different areas of our body. It’s not mindless workouts but completely planned and purposeful. I can’t recommend Sean and Flex N’Relax enough!!
Fantastic experience: I've been working out at the studio for about 6 months now and I LOVE IT. My mobility, energy and health have really been improving. I have chronic pain and regular exercise has helped me minimize flare ups and to be more functional. I feel like I finally have my illness under control and I'm on the way to becoming a healthier person overall. I recently had blood work done and my health has improved noticeably compared to a year ago, the doctor was really happy about the lifestyle changes. Sean has been so kind, patient, encouraging and he is really friendly and fun to be around. He is extremely knowledgeable about how the body functions and observes in detail your body's strengths and weaknesses so he's able to create a program tailored specifically to your needs. I like that the plan evolves as you become more capable and is challenging in the right amount to help you improve. I cannot recommend this place and Sean enough!!!
Fantastic experience: Coach Sean is the BEST coach that I’ve ever met! I’ve been working out with him over an year now and I love how he always motivates me to keep me going. If you need motivation or even just a little change in your life, Flex N’ Relax will be the perfect place for you! :)
Fantastic experience: Coach Sean is very professional and very attentive to details on what his clients need. For a few years I have suffered from knee problems. With Coach Sean's personalized training program, he helped me build the right muscles required to put less pressure on the knees and after a few months, I am now pain free. If it wasn't for Coach Sean, I would have had to give up all of the different sports I enjoy as a hobby. Totally recommend for all your workout needs.
Fantastic experience: #운동맛집! #늘 변화무상한 운동가르침에 지루함없이 맛잇는곳! 관장님의 뛰어난 실력,지식 그리고 경험으로 이곳에서 운동배운지 벌써 2년째 되어가고, 멸치에서 고등어로 탈바꿈과 동시에 새로운 삶을 얻게된곳! 인생에서 처음 운동을 시작하게된 곳, 마지막까지 관장님의 지도아래 운동하고 싶은곳!

Fantastic experience: The instructor is really professional. I`ve been suffering from knee joint pain. Even unable to walk stairs. It comes out pain free only after 6 months workout with Sean. Sean is really detailed and organized trainer!!!
Fantastic experience: One of the best things I've ever done for myself was to become a member of DUB. I didn't realize how challenging and rewarding workout could be. Sean is the nicest, most caring, and insightful instructor. I feel like I get a better work out here than I did at the gym. The most effective workout program for making lean muscles. My energy and awareness of my body has reached a new consciousness. It takes time and hard work, but it's totally worth it.
Fantastic experience: Have had memberships in several gyms in the area, and Sean is definitely one of the best trainers I've interacted with. He is highly professional, and the classes are very fun and enjoyable. (Dance Fit is my favorite!) Sean continually develops new workout programs, so you can get in shape while having fun at the same time.

Fantastic experience: The Cardio Dance Fitness class here is my favorite. Think Zumba, but with high energy dance moves set to pop/hip-hop beats. The second part of the class is challenging Tabata for a full body workout!
Fantastic experience: He is an awesome PT I've ever worked with. His program is totally fun and keeps you going. You won't be disappointed.
Fantastic experience: I highly recomend its kpoprobic program for anyone who wants to combine and maximize his/her cardio/ strength exercise. For the shortest time you work out, you can burn the most calories possible. The most important thing is that after you finish the exercise you feel so good! The instructors are really knowledgeable and help set a goal for each person based on your need.
Fantastic experience: when people hear the word "kpoprobic", people might think it's kinda cheesy, feminine and think light about it. Wait till you experience the program...I mean seriously. It's like a boot camp but fun and exciting. Guys and girls in class sweat like crazy.I truly believe this is one of the best exercise programs that I've tried so far. I prefer Sean's kpoprobic program over soulcycle. period. This is well programmed 50mins exercise that you won't waste any minutes and you won't get sick of the routines or musics 'cause the instructors change/come up with new routines and musics all the time. I go to this exercise with my husband. This program is for everyone. I highly recommend this.
Fantastic experience: The coaches run a truly thoughtful program and the workouts are incredible. I would 100% recommend to anyone in the area looking for a good workout with great group of people in a fun and motivating environment!!!
