Fantastic experience: Joined in March trying to undo effects of pandemic…great facilities, courteous, friendly staff and awesome classes. Erika’s dumbbell dance class is the best…she is creative, motivating and positive, and checks your form (so you don’t injure yourself), while also showing modifications for various skill levels. Down 15 pounds…feel healthy…I’m very happy!

Fantastic experience: Body pump with leah is amazing. I love how i close my circles on my apple watch twice. Burn double the calories. I just wish the classes are in the morning. It would be much easier to show up. But still obsessed with the class.

Fantastic experience: Maricela’s group classes are amazing. You can clearly see that she loves what she does. I look forward to all her classes.
