Fantastic experience: Great classes, all necessary weight lifting equipment and benches are available. Friendly staff. I did not have issues cancelling my memebership. Unfortunately, the gym was to far,once I moved.

Fantastic experience: Had a session of personal training with Nelly today, and what a guy! He knows exactly what you need to progress and grow and more importantly he really knows how to motivate you. I already love this gym as is, but he definitely makes it better. Today was one of the best workouts I've had in several years. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: We had a tour to the gym, it looks good. Great juice bar. Amari was very accommodative. They need more employees at the front desk. I have seen young kids leaving the juice bar because it was very busy. Employing an additional person will avoid such incidents.

Fantastic experience: The gym has the best classes and instructors!! I take at least 4 classes a week and work out half an hour afterwards and I 've lost 10 pounds that I gained during covid. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: -Edit: in the past 5 months since my first review, I'm happy to say there has not been a late opening, so I've changed the stars because otherwise this is a great gym with great staff, amazing group of regulars. Would be a great gym if the staff didn’t keep showing up late. Nothing more infuriating than getting up in the crack of dawn, getting in preworkout, driving over and finding the doors locked 2 hours after opening time because someone forgot to show up. I don’t have time to sit around all day for the gym to open, got work in an hour and I’m just standing here fuming. Do better.

Positive experience: Great gym with a large selection of cardio machines, weight machines and free weights. Only issue is the building itself which has frequent leaks on the third floor, and the flooring is coming up in several spots. These are easy fixes that should be addressed. I do highly recommend this gym though. The variety means a great workout.

Fantastic experience: I dont understand the negative feedback for this gym. For $30/mo, its a no-frills, no-questions-asked gym. You come, you lift your weights, and you get out. It does the job. It’s no equinox but for 10% of the cost it’s totally worth it.

Fantastic experience: All is very clean, personal is cleaning all the time, there is a lot of places to find gel sanitizer, and they have al signs for people to keep their 6 ft apart. Also they always are monitoring that people respect rules. Is safe to go and workout there. a lot of options for all kind of workouts. They also have a training room where people can go and do their own workout routine apart of everybody else. Also the personal that work there are very kind and respectful. Always willing to help. Billy and BK Kelly are very good. always willing to provide feedback, recommendations, motivating people. They are amazing.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym for around 4 years now. It's a 3-floor no BS gym with all the equipment you can possibly need. The gym is kept very clean so I have no worries about any sanitation issues when I go. The staff is very friendly and the other patrons definitely made me feel that this gym is a second home! I won't be changing gyms anytime soon.

Fantastic experience: Theyre doing an excellent job keeping everyone safe as I go every morning. Great gym and great people. Its a shame to see fools knock a place trying to survive a 6 month shutdown.

Fantastic experience: Really love this gym, so clean and very modern hip layout! First time I've ever had a sauna in my gym and I couldn't be happier after each workout. The music selection throughout the gym is always great.It has 3 floors so im never overwhelmed by the amount of people working out. I recommend to all my friends, because my experience has been better than all my past gyms!

Fantastic experience: If you like to workout hard, and push your limits you will love this place! A True Bodybuilding & Strength Gym. Some nice crossfit equipment as well. Be ready, lots of stairs to keep you moving, to use for working out, or keep you warmed up as you go floor to floor. It feels old school, in that its not trying to be a spa, yet has all the modern equipment and variety of free weights to rival any gym I’ve attended. I lift here 5-6 days a week, and have 3 memberships in other local gyms. Hope this helps!

Fantastic experience: Do not get deceived by the look from the outside. they've renovated this gym with new equipment. it is much nicer that what it used to be backed in spring time. only catch is that the bathroom is still under renovation. Got everything you need to get your work out done.

Fantastic experience: The manager, Henry, was very nice and helpful as he solved my gym membership issue promptly. Also, one day I saw him clean and organize the gym and that made me feel that he really cares about his job, customer, and environment.

Fantastic experience: I know this gym is going under some major renovation right now but the smell of bleach in the entrance pretty much kills my nose other then that the trainers n the hot fitness manager @pcpt as well as the other staff members are pretty friendly and helpful so if u want a gym that’s serious about getting fit n need help staying fit this is it!!!
