Fantastic experience: John and Julia Marshall have created a genuinely welcoming, supportive gym and community for athletes of all levels and backgrounds. I feel like they truly care about me as a person, not just an athlete. So glad we found this gym almost 9 years ago!

Fantastic experience: Just started at this gym because I just moved to Dallas. I love it here already. The trainers are super nice and personable. The actual gym space is huge. Very excited this will be my new home!

Fantastic experience: Coming from California on business here for a week I dropped in this gym and is definitely one of my favorite gyms that I've been to around the world, the box itself is pretty badass and an awseome lay out, everybody there is mad cool and helpful along with the coaches and owners, I definitely recommend this gym for out of towners and anybody trying out crossfit for the first time

Fantastic experience: Been with this gym for 5 years now. Made some great friends and had some great workouts. John and Julia do a great job and make you feel welcome. Great balance of competition while not alienating those who just want to get a workout in.
