Fantastic experience: It has been a totally awesome experience from the moment I walked in the door. My daughter and grandchildren are also members and I have enjoyed working with my trainer so much! The atmosphere is friendly and at start up they work you at your pace and then move along from weights to machines. It has been a life changing experience and I feel so much better, more energy and totally happy of my success. Fantastic experience: Just joined a few weeks ago. Initial observations are this gym is SUPER clean. Most of the people working out take care to keep things clean as well. Also it's very large and there are tons of cardio equipment so it never seems crowded. It's curious to me why they have an open workout area in the middle of the gym, however. Not sure it gets used as much as the cardio and weights section yet takes up a huge chunk of the real estate. It's not a knock just an observation. Only tiny gripe is maybe scale back on the constant emails? Maybe that is just bc I am new. Easy fix if it persists to just unsubscribe. Good gym.

Fantastic experience: Everyone cleans their machines after they are done and I can always find what I need. There is a great variety of machines to use as well.

Fantastic experience: I love it here! Hello NEW FOLLOWERS!! Every time I come here it's always clean, everyone is always friendly and there's plenty of equipment, EVERYWHERE!! Even on their busiest days there is always a machine available. On one side of the gym are the cardio machines. On the other side are the weight machines and In the middle are people doing the vertical jump, jumping jacks, the sled push and other various exercises. I like to people watch when I workout so I usually go from looking at one of their many flat TV screens to the "people on the mat", that's what I call it. I know people at other gyms complain about others grunting when they workout - I don't hear any of that here. Aaand, the membership is cheap. I have the Club membership but I am thinking of upgrading to the Elite real soon. It has too many benefits to pass up. Please go check it out. Refer and follow me!! ❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: The gym is very welcoming and well-kept. The general manager does a great job of running the place. The people are friendly, and they were open during the snow storm.

Positive experience: I used to like this gym, but recently it has been getting too crowded. There aren't enough squat racks for all the new members, so even if you go at 2pm you'll find that they're all taken. People use them for 30+ minutes, so it's frustrating that you went to the gym but didn't get to workout. The gym is clean and the staff are friendly, but the lack of squat racks is a big issue.

Fantastic experience: Been going since the gym opened in July, the gym here is super clean and the staff is friendly. The vibe of the gym is always great and will continue going for a long time. Only feedback is hopefully to have more 45 pound bumper plates at the deadlift platform since I have to ask other people if I can use theirs and I don't want to interrupt their workout.

Fantastic experience: As someone who works out all the time, finding a good gym was important to me when I moved from out of state. This is by far the best gym I have ever used and will continue to. As a woman, I have been followed by creeps at the gym and the gyms prior did not care. I feel safe here. The staff is very dedicated to their jobs, professional and you can tell they love helping people. Even though it may be large & seem intimidating to some people, this gym is for everyone, whether you are just starting your fitness journey or breathe the gym life. lol Overall amazing place! I am picky about my gyms too

Staff is friendly and knowledgable. Plus it's 7 minutes from one of my favorite coffee spots... so win-win. You should check it out.

Fantastic experience: Just the preview center for now so a fully functioning gym but they’ll be moving across the street into a place 4x bigger once it’s done! One thing I will say is it’s hot in here LOL

Fantastic experience: Hello, yes I am currently a member to the gym. I feel it’s unprofessional as an owner to threaten the members to remove reviews in that form. Verses you asking why I left this one star review and if we would please contact management regarding the situation to get it resolved immediately. Instead you choose to threaten a member of your gym with legal action? A better response would have been “Hello Sam seems we are not able to find you in our system as a member? Can you please let us know why you have left us a one star review and what can we do to change your review to a 5 Star? Let us know how we can fix the situation? Thank you”. I guess since I was threaten I need to change my review now as I have to a 5 star review. Honestly there should be more training on the management side on how employees should respond to online reviews for every situation. Especially right now with the market growing with positive online reviews. That’s really upsetting because you loose a lot of referrals that way.But thanks anyways. Happy Saturday!

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for three weeks. I love that the space is huge, has variety, and that amenities are clean. It just opened so everything is brand new. I also love that the front desk people great you as you enter and leave. It shows that they care. I also love that I can ask any of the trainers if I can't find a certain machine and they're happy to help.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality Very clean and beautifully designed but still has a comfortable feel. Everything is new and the machines are nice. Locker rooms are lovely and staff is helpful and friendly. I like the kids area doesn’t have dangerous climbing toys like some gyms.

Fantastic experience: When I joined this gym I weighed 130lbs soaking wet. After working out here a few months I grew 50lb's heavier and now i can bench press a small mountain. This gym is clean, full of energy, and wisdom. Often times you can see the managers and trainers working out here. They throw up some serious weight. One manager I aspire to be above the rest is Mr. Jullian Britt himself. Dude is freakin diesel. He signed me up and helped me start my fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: This is a great facility and the staff has always been friendly. It never feels too crowded and everything is brand new as of summer 2021.
