Fantastic experience: I visited for a week over the holidays. Maureen and Steve are both amazing hosts and experienced trainers. The facilities are sparkling clean to standards that I’ve never experienced at crossfit before. Everyone here is super friendly and looks like a great community to be a part of. I had a blast and would choose this as my box if I lived in the area.

Fantastic experience: Atmosphere, aerobics, a lot of gains. Staff is helpful and extremely educated, service with a smile. Members are helpful and encouraging. No matter what skill level you're at, theres always some competition and someone who can positively encourage/push you. Facilities and equipment are chalk covered by the end of the workouts, but the janitorial team clean down to the trimming. Wonderful place. 5/5
