The center is located in building 502 at NBK Bremerton and is open to all eligible MWR patrons. The center is designed to allow parents to work out while supervising their children. The center has an adult cardio equipment area, an infant play area for ages six weeks to 18 months and a toddler play area for ages 18 months to 9 years.

An eligible user is defined as anyone who is Active Duty, in the Active Duty family, a Retiree, in the Retiree family, a DOD Civilian, or a Contractor. Eligible users who are under the age of 16 must follow these guidelines:

A guest is anyone who is not eligible to use the facility and includes DoD Civilian family members, DoD Contractor family members, and visiting friends of any eligible patron. Guests must be accompanied by their sponsor at all times and must purchase a guest pass each time they use the facility.

The guest pass fee includes entrance to the facility and use of the pool, gym, fitness center, sauna, locker room facilities and all group fitness classes. The guest pass does not include group or private swim lessons.

The monthly fitness pass allows access to the fitness center, sauna, locker room facilities, and all group fitness classes for a single price of $35. This pass is only available to Department of Defense contractors who would normally have to pay a $6.50 daily entry fee.

The Group Fitness class pass allows you to attend an unlimited number of group fitness classes for one month. The pass costs $30 and expires one month from the date of purchase. The pass is non-refundable and non-transferable.

You must be 16 years old to use the fitness center without supervision. Those aged 7 to 15 must attend a youth orientation session with a trainer to get a youth fitness card, which allows them to use the Family Fitness areas only (for those aged 7 to 11) or any area of the fitness complex (for those aged 12 to 15), as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Youth cards are issued at the trainer's discretion.
