Fantastic experience: I didn't have a clue what to expect when I saw a group out front of the gym one morning working out with large truck tires and other interesting tools. Something told me to get in and check them out! I met with Coach B and for little over a month now, I'm on track to transform myself while getting day to day support and encouragement. I can do this, thanks to Remedy Kettlebell Club!
