Sweet Tea Yoga

Fantastic experience: I've had a lot of stiffness and needed to find ways to reduce tension & fatique and looking for a true Yoga Studio. Sweet Tea Yoga was the perfect fit. A good variety of classes, knowledgeable instructors and great environment too. Jill's new series called "I-Rest" is perfect for end of day relaxation with guided meditations. Highly recommend Swee Tea!

Fantastic experience: I love this yoga studio!! It is so welcoming and friendly. I am no expert yogi, but I have never felt out of place or uncomfortable in any class I have taken, no matter what my skill level is. The instructors are always wonderful about answering any questions I have and helping me improve. It’s the best!!!

Fantastic experience: I’m so sorry I didn’t join this studio earlier!!! It is has only been a month of membership for me and I generally have been attending around 5 days a week. I have tried to sample all the different classes and teachers. I can confidently say that the studio is well managed in every way. Especially considering all the current limitations. The instructors are all extremely caring and well prepared for every class I’ve attended. They make your presence feel valued and respect your space and time. If you are thinking about joining or attending a class, please do so and support this small business that really cares about its community. You won’t regret any time spent here!
