Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Wendy for the past 2 months and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I had an injury last year and had not worked out in over 7 months. Wendy and I discussed what my goals were and together we formed a plan that fit me! Every training session has been different and Wendy has continued to push me towards my goals. Last Friday I had a weigh in and was shocked that while my physical weight had remained the same, I had actually gained 15 pounds of muscle and lost just over 4% of my total body weight in fat. I am now combining personal training with Snap’s group exercise classes and am continuing to see progress. I can’t thank Wendy and Andrew enough for listening to me and tailoring a plan to fit MY goals.
