Fantastic experience: Fun place to come and get a great workout, a structured hour of warmup, practice the movement to improve techniques followed by covering the WOD and workout. Great coaching and family environment and plenty of encouragement for all skill levels.

Fantastic experience: The coaching is fantastic. The programing has helped me increase my numbers. Coaches attention to form never leaves me in fear of injury. My gym mates are a blast to work and compete with/against. And truly 0 negativity within those walls. I couldn’t ask for anything more from a gym. If you want a drama free environment, focused programming, and individual attention to bring out your very best, welcome home because this is it.

Fantastic experience: Hard working coaches! The Zoo puts on great events for amazing causes! Large space with good equipment. I enjoy all the people there and the community feel! My son (10yo) enjoys going to the classes too, even when he is the only kid! Everyone makes him feel so included and he leaves feeling accomplished!
