At CrossFit ZHF, we are convinced that CrossFit is suitable for everyone. Therefore, regardless of whether you are a professional athlete or a beginner, you are sure to get an amazing workout in each WOD. We are not only a top-notch gym in Ocala, but we also have access to a full gym, childcare, sauna, whirlpool, and steam room!

At this gathering, we will be engaging in physical activities to pay tribute to the Fallen Soldiers and first responders. Furthermore, we will be collecting funds to assist in offering assistance and fellowship to the soldiers and first responders.
