Fantastic experience: This gym is phenomenal!! Very clean and the environment is so welcoming. Highly recommend for those living downtown!

Fantastic experience: (I have no idea why name shows up above like it does!) My name is Todd and I have been a member since August of 2009. I use the gym 4+ days each week. It is rarely crowded, has the free weight equipment I want to use, and the staff is fantastic. They have a knowledgeable and very approachable Personal Trainer named Tim. He has helped me achieve my powerlifting goals, set new powerlifting goals, and then achieve them again and again. The gym is also attached to Oak Creek Relief and Wellness Chiropractic Clinic. I can get adjustments and now massages from the new Massage Therapist. I cannot see any reason to go anywhere else.

Positive experience: The monthly fee is inexpensive to give you access to basic treadmills, weight machines, free weights and group.classes. It's connected to the Chiropractic office and has a steady stream of people working out but never super busy. No frills but gets the job done.

Fantastic experience: Always enjoy my time here, working with Tim, keeps me focused on what I need to accomplish.
