Fantastic experience: Gril could not give me information. They have special online for $14.99 a month in Wisconsin she didn't know anything about it. They don't even have a new Year resolution special!!!! Very lame.

Fantastic experience: EDITED:(UPDATE). As of 12/31/22. All issues have been addressed. Thank you. I’m changing my number to a five. I also forgot to give a thumbs up for clean bathrooms. I would recommend this gym to all. Early December review. I've gone to this gym for over 5 years. I used to love the gym but in the last six months things have really gone down hill. Old equipment takes months to get fixed, many of the TV's don't work and will be out for days; cable has been out for long periods of time. In the last four months the gym has randomly shut down for "technically difficulties". Despite all this they have had a significant increase in the cost of membership.

Fantastic experience: Team lead Melinna and club manager Courtney we’re both extremely effective at helping me set up my membership and giving detailed views of the club! Helpful to know that this gym has a helpful management team that many gyms lack!

Fantastic experience: I LOVE the Body Pump class held by Annie on Mondays and Wednesdays. She is very upbeat and she motivates me to work harder! Love love love it!!!

Fantastic experience: Walking into the gym I was clueless on what I was doing or why I was even there but that I wanted to loose weight because I hated myself! Never did I think I would find a whole support system!!!! I met Shane the day I started and since that day he and all the staff have been such a boost of motivation and make coming to the gym a guilty pleasure! There are so many classes offered that make you feel so welcome! The equipment is clean and available! 10/10 recommend this gym

Fantastic experience: I personally love this gym. I’ve had nothing but great experiences. The staff and trainers are helpful and knowledgeable and the GM, Courtney, is very good at listening to any concerns people may have and following through on making members happy and comfortable. I’ve been working out at this gym since 2018 and I know the person, Nate, that Savannah has referred to in the previous review. Just an update he was actually FIRED over a year ago. So it’s odd he was brought up now when he hasn’t worked for this gym in over a year…

Fantastic experience: Great place and environment to be in. The pool & gym in general are very clean. The staffing is amazing all the workers are very respectful. been coming here for almost 5 months now and not leaving anytime soon

Fantastic experience: Been going to the gym for a few months and have tried many classes at both Hales Corners and Greenfield. I have to say Olivia's Q classes are awesome. She is a great motivator and instructor. She really cares that everyone is doing things correctly and encourages us through the whole workout. Even though I'm thoroughly exhausted afterwards, I just love her classes!!! Also Louise's spin classes are tough but I feel so good when I'm done. I get my best workouts with Olivia and Louise!

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym! I enjoy working out here, no one makes me feel uncomfortable and the staff is very helpful and really good at cleaning!! Recommend this gym rather than west Allis!

Fantastic experience: The pool is clean. The managers and employees do a great job of keeping the gym clean . Really like the instructors who do the water aerobics.

Fantastic experience: Melinna & court are the best management from the 10 yrs I have been here they have helped me out the most I use to go too the 1 In Greenfield but this will be my new location. I appreciate it guys, plus it's really clean here.

Fantastic experience: I have been working out with Olivia since late October. She is absolutely AMAZING!!!!! I was super unsure about the Q classes but once I started working with her, she convinced me to go & I was so impressed with how she works with everyone. She is so easy to get along with, it seems like everyone loves her- but how can you not?!?! If you are unsure about personal training, I highly suggest just talking with her. She'll make you feel so comfortable & is so encouraging!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy coming to this gym everyday, with all the workers welcoming everyone everyday. I have noticed that it has been cleaner and the staff seems well trained and very helpful. I do recommend coming to this location over West Allis 100%

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym with an amazing staff of Trainers both for Personal Training as well as Team Training!! Personal/Team Training manager, Jeffrey Hollenbach, is extremely accommodating to Individual needs, as is his entire Personal/Team Training staff!!!

Fantastic experience: The significant increase in cleanliness is noticeable. Staff cares a lot more than recent months and is putting in a lot of time and work. My husband says the mens locker room has taken a drastic change (for the better) and he’s happy to see it. Front desk is always friendly and happy to see us. Had an issue with a piece of broken equipment and spoke with Courtney and she helped take care of it immediately.

Fantastic experience: The Greenfield location might not be the largest, but the GM Courtney creates a welcoming and encouraging environment that, after a long day of work, always uplifts my mood, makes me smile, and gets me ready to crush my workout. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Fantastic experience: Moving back to the area in a few weeks and my husband and I’d first order of business will be to resign up at this location. We have been in recently when looking for a house and decided it would be the best location for us. The staff was friendly and informative!

Fantastic experience: I was going to the West Allis location frequently and was happy for a while. As of lately though the gym has greatly declined with customer service and cleanliness (or lack there of). I have recently switched to the Greenfield Location and couldn’t be happier. The general manager Courtney welcomed me and treated me with great customer service. I am satisfied with my switch and will remain a loyal member of Xperience because of this. Definitely recommend the Greenfield Location.

Fantastic experience: The gym is a great place with lots of equipment to pick from. Everything was very clean and well kept including the women's locker room. Staff was very polite and is always prepared and understanding when needing help or having a question regarding my account. I love it!

Fantastic experience: Amazing club! Always greeted with a smile and the staff makes you feel like family! The General Manager Courtney goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed and is always willing to help. You can tell she takes great pride in running her club! Nolan helped me during my sign up and made the process fast and easy! He explained everything and answered all of my questions! WOULD FOR SURE CHECK THIS CLUB OUT!

Fantastic experience: Xperience Fitness Greenfield is an absolutely amazing place to work out and have fun doing it!! I have been using this gym almost daily for 3 years. I have also been doing Personal Training here for almost 3 years. The staff is knowledgeable and recognize each person's individual needs. Also love the Q Team Training classes that have great trainers and an amazing members who motivate each other to work harder all while having fun at the same time!! I would never even consider going to a different gym!!!

Nothing but hard work and dedication we love this gym and all it has to offer, the cardio machines and swimming pool, one of the best saunas I've ever been in!!!! So much is offered here highly recommend it plus you have a good chance of running into some celebrities like us!! He motivated me to come back 3 days in a row & keep a good consistent gym schedule. I have already referred a couple friends because of how genuine & hardworking he was with me. Fantastic experience: I come from Waukesha just to go to this Xperience fitness greenfield when I could go a block away from my house. Why you ask? It’s because the people and the trainers that work at the xperience in greenfield. They are so motivational, excited about what they do and I love the atmosphere. I train and also do q classes and love both. They are awesome and this is what I look forward to my day.

Fantastic experience: I love the staff here. They are friendly and caring. My trainer does an amazing job working with me and making sure my workouts are tailored to me. If I have an issue with the workout he has no problem tweaking it to fit what I can do! I definitely recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism I have been to various gyms around MKE. I joined this one around Easter of this year and I am super happy!! Great group of personal trainers who push you hard but also keep in mind what you want. I’ve had sports injuries, and the 2 trainers I’ve had have been mindful of those while planning my sessions.

Fantastic experience: I had the absolute best "Xperience" with Collin. Collin is not only knowledgeable, but he is very patient and precise. After many failed attempts at making the gym a part of my regular lifestyle, I was on the verge of giving up. Collin, however, showed me how to make the gym work for my hectic lifestyle. With his vast knowledge in fitness and nutrition, I am more prepared than ever to be in the best shape of my life. 10/10 recommend him with any needs you have. I was so at ease and comfortable, it was like I was working out with my best friend. I can't wait for tomorrow !!!

Fantastic experience: Greenfield Xperience is an amazing place to workout! I used to hate working out, but since I joined here I have learned to love it because of the amazing people that motivate and push you every day! Both trainers and members! They have great trainers that push you as well as get to know you as an individual. I have learned that I am capable of so much more than I ever thought. The Q classes are the best! So much energy, motivation, and fun! The classes and the people motivate me to show up and put in the work even on days that I don't want to!

Fantastic experience: I am working with a personal trainer who is 24 years old. I was wondering if her style would mesh with my ability. I have to say she is very good at meeting my needs, and not making me hurt. I feel better, especially my knees, which we are working on strengthing

Fantastic experience: I came from the Cardinal Fitness Oak Creek days to what became Xperience Fitness Oak Creek. When that location closed I was heartbroken... as we all were. I have been here at Greenfield since inception along with many of our gym family that came over. I've experienced a lot of changes at this club but with the addition of Dale the manager and the many new faces, this location climbed to greatness! Dale and his professional, kind being will be terribly missed at Greenfield. Grateful for this time...

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Xperience for over 4 years and couldn’t be more thankful for the greenfield group! I love being part of this Qfamily. The trainers and Qfam members are amazing and definitely push me to do and be better. A couple months ago my training buddy and I signed up to train with Collin to have someone push us and told him so. He definitely makes sure we get what we asked for. He pushes both of us at every training session and gives us that muscle fatigue we both love while having such a blast that we both look forward to getting “killed”

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for about 4 years. I’ve been in many gyms and I have not been happier with a gym than this one. Especially for how reasonable the rates are. Customer service is stellar . Positive, kind, accommodating. The swimming pool is a salt water pool. Super huge plus for us. My daughter loves to swim and has eczema and the salt water is much more gentle on her skin. My eyes as well!! The dry wooden sauna is coed. I’ve never had an issue where it wasn’t in prime temperature . The other members are so kind and diverse. Love it. Free tanning and classes included in for just 20$ a month total month membership cost . Again, can not speak highly enough about the staff. The classes are extremely engaging. Skilled instructors . Over all worth every cent

Fantastic experience: Shauna is one of the most dedicated employees anywhere I have ever met. You can tell she truly cares about helping you meet your fitness goals. From the first day, Shauna made sure to give a thorough gym tour, explained how all the classes worked, showed kids club and made sure to answer any questions I had. Honestly, this gym has many great staff members. The kids club staff, Brianna and Gina, are always so great with my kid- the fact that she wants to go to the gym makes me want to go more. All of the Q coaches, Jake, Maddie, Devin, Brian and Matt have all been so supportive along my weight loss journey. I need to say, Jake, especially has had such a positive influence on my life. With personal training and Q, I haven’t been depressed, I have had more energy, and lost 20lbs so far!!! I don’t know what I’d do without any of these wonderful people.

Fantastic experience: A good place. I had only been to YMCA downtown and it was small and cost more. The sign up, orientation etc was great. The free half hour orientation was very helpful. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. The equipment is clean. The place is large.$10/month.

Fantastic experience: I was helped by a woman Shauna and she was fabulous! I have never been to a fitness center and felt more welcomed. She set me up and got me connected with all of the services I needed. I will definitely be coming back because now I feel like she’s family! Shouts out to Shauna for being awesome!! (I’d give my experience 6 stars if I could!)
