Our enthusiastic and experienced coaching team will work hard to assist you in achieving any objective, both in and out of the gym.

It can be daunting to begin a fitness program, but we strive to make it as easy as possible for you. Our coaches have the knowledge and qualifications to assist you in creating a plan that works best for you. We are not into short-term solutions or tricks; our primary concern is your long-term success.

Wait patiently. It may take a while to see the results, but if you stay consistent, they will come. As a beginner, the great thing is that you will start to notice a change in your strength and physical condition in only a month.

Do you enjoy organizing your classes into smaller groups? Doing so can be beneficial as it provides an opportunity to meet new people who may have similar interests.

For those just starting out, it is feasible to attend two to four classes per week, depending on your physical condition when you start. As your body adjusts to the intensity of the workouts, you may need more time to recover between sessions. Over the initial months, work towards attending five classes each week.

No matter your current fitness level, our program has something that is right for you. Every workout is tailored to help you achieve success, boost your fitness, and move you closer to your goals. Our program is designed to be universally adaptable, making it the ideal choice for any dedicated person, no matter their level of experience. As you become fitter, the exercises will become more difficult.

In our class programming, we will focus on building strength through various exercises such as Olympic weightlifting, deadlifting, squatting, and bodyweight strength. Additionally, we will work on developing a skill like handstand push-ups. Once the strength and skill portion is completed, we will move on to the workout of the day, which can last anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes or more.

Indulge yourself in special treats and meals, but make sure it is something that you can sustain in the long run. Eating healthier tends to make you crave healthier foods, and you will start to appreciate how good it makes you feel. To improve your overall health, try to limit your intake of processed carbs and make sure that your protein, carbohydrate, and fat intake is balanced. You should see a noticeable difference in your wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough fantastic things about Skopos! I walked in not knowing anyone, they made me feel at home instantly! The coaches are wonderful and make it doable no matter your fitness level. I am pushing limits and building strength I never knew I had! It's not just a gym, but a community!

Fantastic experience: I look forward to getting to Skopos gym every single day! It's honestly the highlight of my day. Getting to see fellow gym mates and push our bodies to the limits each day is so satisfying and rewarding. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable in every area and can alter any workout for any skill level or if you are dealing with an injury. This is functionable fitness for everyone!
