Cannon provides unparalleled athlete training in two distinct locations, as well as a 24-hour gym equipped with all the tools necessary for success in health and fitness.

This past year at Cannon Strength has been the most successful of my four-year lifting journey. There are no limits on chalk or sound, making it the ideal gym for any lifter.

My thirteen year old daughter has been playing volleyball and has been using her muscles excessively due to the constant motions of the position she plays. Donovan and Katelyn have been helping her learn to use her whole body, and she has discovered strength she didn't know she had! We are very thankful for the knowledge and guidance Donovan and Katelyn have provided our young athlete, and we are grateful for their understanding of our hectic schedule.

I have been exercising with Donovan and Katelyn for two months and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. My membership is perfect and the workouts they have tailored for me are great. They take my objectives into account and design the program accordingly. The classes are also a lot of fun and the atmosphere is relaxed but productive. I highly recommend it!
